This wonderful apartment is located in via del Babuino, one of the most elegant streets of the historic center, just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps, 500 meters from the Piazza del Popolo and a few steps from the other shopping streets.
The apartment, completely renovated, enjoys a strategic position a few steps from the Spanish Steps, Trinità dei Monti and the most famous shopping streets (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona, Via Frattina, Via del Corso).
The unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen.
All bedrooms have Queen Size beds, large windows and high ceilings. The living room has a large very comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to prepare your breakfasts, lunches and dinners (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes and pots).
Its strategic position offers maximum hospitality for families, groups of friends (up to 4 people, the possibility of hosting 2 other people with a difference in price in an adjoining studio) who wish to spend their holidays in Rome immersed in the history of the capital .

The apartment has free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection (fiber)

The Perfect Apartment in a wonderful neighborhood!!

This gem was everything we could ask for! Great location in the heart of the ancient city, walking distance to all the top destinations, great shopping and food option close by… easy access to train station. Apartment is clean and spacious… has all the amenities you need! You even have a view of the Vatican/St Peter’s Basilica from the windows. Highly recommend!

Great help and communication in an ideal location

Valeria and Mario were always available, always helpful and that made a big difference. The flat is ideally located, and close to a Carrefour market, which made shopping in urban Rome easy and fun. It is about as centrally located as possible, just minutes from The Spanish Steps. The air conditioning and Internet worked. Check in was easy and Mario even helped us fill in some household items. Valeria helped us with a transportation problem. I don’t even get that much prompt attention at home. The elevator was rarely occupied by others, so transit up to the flat was quick and easy. We had a great time in Rome, and give these hosts our best recommendation.

Große Wohnung mit komfortablen Betten. Vom kleinen Balkon kann man am Stadtleben teilnehmen und in die Parallelstraße zur Spanischen Treppe lauschen. Schön wären noch mehr Töpfe zum Kochen. Einige Probleme mit der Gasheizung wurden zeitnah behoben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und es wurde immer sofort reagiert. Der Parkplatz SABA Villa Borghese ist der nächste. Am besten Taxi nehmen, da die Rolltreppe nicht funktionierte. Die Lage an der Spanischen Treppe ist wunderbar. Vor dem Haus hält der kleine Stadtbus 119, der aber am Sonntag nicht fährt. Wir hatten super schöne Tage in Rom und empgehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall.

Beautiful apartment close to everything! Owner was very easy to communicate with and got back to us right away on any questions we had and there was a seven hour time difference! The owner's son met us at the apartment to let us in and showed us everything. The apartment had everything - awIncluding the hairdryer espresso, pods, wine, and everything we needed were provided for us. Also, plenty of small grocery stores around for anything else. Even met a neighbor who was very friendly and happy to give us any pointers. Gorgeous apartment and beautiful bedrooms, each bathroom large as well. The kitchen was bright to sip morning coffee and the living room was very comfortable at the end of the evening to relax.I would definitely stay at Valeria's apartment again in Rome. Highly recommend!

Great Place to be in Rome

This location is key to seeing all the best of Rome, mostly on foot, really close to the Spanish Steps and Piazza di Popollo. And the metro is just steps away for those longer trips. The apartment is bright, well furnished and decorated, bright, with windows in every room, and beautiful small balcony for 2 overlooking a busy and exciting back street. A few minor issues, the low water pressure in the showers. The rain shower heads were unusable and the hand held was a bit better. Also, and possibly temporary, upstairs tenants/owners were very noisy, with children and heavy foot traffic from early until late. Unit was very clean on arrival and Host met us at the front door for a walk thru and help with our bags by her son. And always responded to questions or additional needs. Building is in an upscale and exciting neighborhood. It has secure entrance and elevator, but plus one flight walk up is needed to get to unit. There is a washer in unit and a self service laundry for drying just a block or two walk. It was convenient for towns and linens if needed. Overall, 4 Star level of apartment. Really great area for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, walking about and just plain people watching.

Outstanding location and apartment

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just off the Piazza di Spagna but quiet as could be. The apartment was large and comfortable for two people, with two separate baths, plenty of surface space, and all conveniences you could want. The kitchen (and really the whole house) was equipped as if it were a true home with comfortable and well made furniture and kitchen utensils and dishes. I’ve rented many places and they don’t all have little things such as hand soap at every sink, full rolls of TP and paper towels, dish soap, etc. This place even had nespresso coffee pods. They had a smart TV, loads of outlets, and lots of convenient storage in the bedroom. We were met by the owner Mario, who took our bags up on the lift and who was delightful and showed us everything. Valeria, also the owner, had marvelous connections in the neighborhood and we ended up eating at every place they recommended, a few times! Speaking of the neighborhood - weirdly fabulous for such a touristy area. via Margutta is beautiful and everywhere near us felt like a little village in the middle of the tourist madness (and it is madness at the Spanish Steps). We walked everywhere - Piazza Navoan, Trastevere, Vaticano, you name it. Best tour ever at the Museo Borghese where we really were immersed in the genius that is Bernini. Valeria could not be more helpful or responsive. It is quite remarkable given how busy this place must be. You won’t go wrong here.

Central Location!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment while vacationing in Rome. You could not beat the location which put you in walking distance to all historic sites. Also near many great restaurants. Valeria was very helpful in getting our transportation from the airport and ship port as well. Great experience!

Location, Location, Location!

Our experience exceeded every expectation. We are a very particular family, and we have extremely high expectations for accommodations. Valeria and Mario were just a text away to answer any question--mostly about the surrounding areas. The apartment building has an elevator and several layers of security, and we all felt safe at all hours of the night in the apartment and in the neighborhood. We dined at Otello several times, and Leno and Said were attentive and fun servers; the restaurant is family-owned, and we could see it from the balcony. The apartment is a short walk to the Spagna metro station and the Spanish Steps. There is amazing high-end shopping right out the door (Chanel, Hogan, and Gucci are right on the street!). And there is an organic grocery beneath the balcony down the street as well as a regular grocery nearby. As for the apartment, we are all tall, so finding two king beds was a must--bonus that they were both firm and comfortable. The AC was excellent, as the temperatures in Rome were 86 degrees F while we were there. We cooked breakfast every morning, and the kitchen was nicely appointed for doing so. The ceilings are high, and the rooms are spacious and well furnished. It was a surprise that the couch pulls out into a bed just in case of additional overnight guests, but we did not use it. We did a load of laundry, and the machine was easy to use. We will stay in this apartment again. Recommendation: do a rome_vespa_tour on insta with Angelo!

Beautiful apartment

We stayed in four places while in Italy, and this by far was the most impressive! The location was perfect, and even though by a busy area it was very quiet. Very clean and Supplies of soap and shampoo were very helpful. The view off the balcony was so quaint and a perfect entrance into our first night in Italy. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful, spacious apartment in center of the action

I’ve stayed in many rental apartments over the years in Italy and Switzerland and the states. I do my homework and read just about every review, so I’m rarely disappointed in a unit. This place was no exception. Great location in busy city center and a very large space to live. Large bedrooms and large kitchen and living room. Clean. Views. Excellent. The only notes I’d make for those looking hard at the reviews are very poor water pressure in the shower (not unusual for Italy but easily the worst of my 3 stays this time), couch is showing it’s age with small tears in cushions (mostly concealed), and it’s 10 flights of steps to the unit. The lift works great and efficiently and we never had to wait but it holds 3 people max so I typically walked, my preference. Overall a great place in a centrally located area. Valeria also helped manage our transfer back to the airport on our way home with an efficient and timely driver. There are also some recommendations inside the unit for local restaurants/activities. We really enjoyed Dilla and Il Gabriello (we ate here twice it was so good and we enjoyed the atmosphere and staff).

Fabulous stay

This apartment was simply amazing. It was spacious, warm and bright. We awakened with a cup of Nespresso overlooking the quaint streets around the Spanish Steps and a view of St. Peter’s Dome in the distance. We made dinner in one night in the large kitchen and even did a load of laundry. Valeria checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and arranged a car from the airport. Thank you Valeria and Mario for a wonderful visit to our favorite city. We hope to return soon!

What a week

The flat is perfectly located for easy access to the entire city. Blocks of restaurants and shopping right outside the door. We had a late arrival and Valeria and Mario were most accommodating meeting us at the flat and making sure we were settled in for the week. Highly recommend!
