The apartment is equipped with every comfort designed to create "A home away from home".
You enter an apartment on the ground floor with a large entrance that opens towards the living room. New 6-seater corner sofa that becomes a queen-size bed. A single environment that houses the kitchenette and dining area. In the kitchen every appliance (combo fridge - hood - oven - gas hob - coffee pod machine and American coffee) are new. Also included is a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and other small appliances useful for those who cook. As for the crockery, well, I can say that I have purchased everything and more. The large three-panel window allows access to the terrace/garden of approximately 100m2. Perfect for eating outside when the weather permits. In this bright and very large area you will find the air conditioner, Xbox console and a 55" Smart TV with SKY and Netflix. From the entrance you then move on to the corridor, with a large built-in wardrobe and the storage room where I thought of placing the laundry area (therefore washing machine and dryer, drying rack and pegs, ironing board and iron, electric broom and everything needed for cleaning the house). Here the living room is perfectly divided from the sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with walk-in closet. Everything is new, from the cushions of different weights to the anti-mite and hypoallergenic mattress with topper. We find a new 55" smart TV, air conditioner and large window that leads to the other side of the terrace. Adjacent is the other bedroom with two single beds and 50" TV, built-in wardrobe, mattresses with new toppers and four different weights, safe, air conditioning, workstation with fixed PC and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and towel warmer. Here you will also find the first aid bag. Each room is equipped with plenty of linen and blankets that are NOT WASHED BUT STERILIZED. I am of the opinion that clean is beautiful but disinfected is better! Also in the sleeping area there is also the main bathroom with bathtub. The bathrooms are equipped with organic shampoo, shower gel and conditioner dispensers purchased from an Italian company, without parabens and nickel. You will find all the bathroom linens including bathrobes, shower mats and slippers of various sizes. I don't list other things such as disinfectant gel, make-up removing wipes, toothbrushes and toothpaste, sanitary pads and so on, but I like to point out that you will find two hairdryers (but the ones that work well!) and hair straighteners.
Ah! I forgot, at your disposal there is also a landline telephone, fiber WIFI network and on request bicycles and electric scooter. The water is fresh and delicious to drink and the heating is autonomous.
The terrace, full of my wonderful green plants, is a welcoming environment equipped with sofas for aperitifs and tables with chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. It seems to me that in broad terms it has given you an idea of ​​what you will find. Everything I haven't mentioned you can discover for yourself, such as my Tree of Life which is just waiting to have a leaf with your thoughts written on it. I conclude by saying that Mialma is located in a strategic position very close to the station that leads to the center of Rome and Ciampino Airport. It is easy to move both towards the center of Rome and towards the sea or towards the Castelli Romani Park.
