Street level entry - the only stairs were those that led to the bedroom. Plenty of room. A separate area you can retreat to if you have a snorer with you. A little private “Secret Garden” to listen to the birds. There is a TEAPOT! And a KETTLE! (No boiling a pan on the stove.) Easy WiFi connection. Just the right level of comfort, and no previous renters’ clutter. Very clean. Restaurants and cafés all close by. As well as a Colosseum.

Amazing place!

We stayed here for three nights before a cruise. The loft is well located with amazing restaurants and a 24 hour grocery. It was a great place to stay!

The most perfect location for a visit to Rome, you can do so much because you are right there! The hosts were very helpful in every way and would definitely come back!

Super Location and cool place.

Great neighborhood felt safe and plenty of good food near. Subway, close and convenient great view of the Colosseum.Love it would stay there again.Only issue was sometimes hard to open the door with the old key.

Great Location!

Our stay was perfect! The location was great and just a short walk to the colosseum. We felt very much at home in the loft. The Secret Garden was a great bonus too!

Apartment near Colosseum was great! We had a bit of trouble opening the door but not a big deal. Great restaurants nearby. All in all a great stay.

Great location and experience!

The location was incredible, so close to transit or just start walking. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Communicating with management was exceptional, they were very responsive whenever we had a question or need. I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Perfect!

Steps from the Colosseum, lots of restaurants, around the corner from a grocery store with a secret garden and sleeping loft! The hosts were very helpful and arranged airport transport and luggage storage for us on our last day. Highly recommend an early morning walk across the street to the Colosseum when everything is quiet.

Noisy but perfect location

Apartment is just steps awy from tons of archielogical sites including the Coleseum. Hospital nearby and lots of ambulance and other street noise. Bring earplugs and you should be ok. Place was perfect setup for our needs.

Bon sejour

Location très sympathique et agréable tout près du Colisée. Très bonne literie, ce qui est un bon point. Cependant il est à noter que l’annonce est erronée car il n’y a pas 3 chambres mais une chambre fermée, une mezzanine avec un canapé lit et un canapé lit dans la pièce principale, ce qui fait que la pièce principale se limite à une table et des chaises. Donc il y a un manque d’intimité

Excellent séjour pour visiter Rome

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Rome pour visiter la Ville: l'appartement est idéalement situé à quelques pas du Colisée. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ autonome parfaitement rodée. L'agence est a quelques pas de l'appartement au besoin, et Giuseppe et son équipe sont adorables, disponibles et réactifs en cas de besoin. L'appartement est bien équipé. Nous avons fait la plupart de nos visites à pied et pour celles éloignées le métro est à deux pas et permet d'aller au Vatican en 15-20 min. Parfait pour visiter Rome 👍😎.

Spacious place right next to the colosseum

This was a great location for a family that wanted to explore Rome. Near the major buildings we wanted to see and close to bus and metro stop so it was easy to get anywhere. The loft bed is comfortable but the walls are thin. So woke up several times (light sleeper) from noises from next door. Also bc this is close to things, it is busy at night and you do hear ppl staying up later than us. We have kids so we went to bed early. Other than that it was an easy check in with the self check in and easy to find.

Prime location for colosseum

The perfect location if you want to be right by the colosseum. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne on the dining room table. The place was nice but the advertisement showed three bedrooms, however there was one private bedroom with a pullout couch, a pullout couch in the living room and then a mattress in an open loft above the kitchen/living room. There is a private outside area attached to the one room which was a nice extra. The only complaint would be payment process. I assumed our trip was all paid for before arriving as all the vrbos that I used gave me reminders for payment. I received a message before we were to check out saying I still needed to pay the second half of rental along with a damage deposit. I checked messages/ receipt and it hadn’t given the “payment due” for second payment. I assume it’s their payment system setup that way. Not the end of the world, but prefer payment consistency when using this app. Booking over a months worth of hotels and vrbos, I prefer not to have surprise bills at checkout
