The apartment is in a fantastic location, ideal for enjoying the food and atmosphere. The Colosseum is an easy walk away, other sites are farther but exploring on foot led us to places we might otherwise have missed. The deck off the kitchen is incredible, perfect for morning coffee or escaping the direct sun. The welcome package was a lovely, much-appreciated touch! Access was automated through WhatsApp and relatively simple. When we ran into issues, it was easy to reach a real person for help. The apartment looks like the pictures but is more worn than expected. A little extra cleaning and attention to details, such as the window sills and a missing floorboard in the loft, would go a long way. We noticed a few squished bugs on the wall, but given the rooftop location and outdoor decks in summer, the occasional bug is no more unusual than what you might encounter in your own home. The stairs may be challenging for some guests, and the couch was very dirty and worn and needs replacing. Overall, a great location with character and an excellent outdoor space. With some extra cleaning and basic maintenance, it could be even better.

Home and More, the host, was so accommodating and always available for questions. The location was close to everything we could ever need for our stay. They made the trip fantastic for us! I would definitely use them again.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme. Bien équipé même si la présence d'un simple torchon serait appréciée. Literie confortable. Bonne communication avec Home and More pour un check in et check out à distance. Je recommande.

Highly recommend - would stay again.

Immediately felt like home away from home. Amazing neighborhood. Quick and enjoyable walk to Termini, Colosseum, forum, Trevi. Really enjoyed exploring the city from here. Kitchen and laundry made it really easy for our family if 4 - during a heatwave no less.

Our stay at this cute little loft was really pleasant. I love that they provide you with little snacks and drinks! My only negative was little insects crawling on the floor upstairs that sometimes got on the bed!

Ok for a short stay - multiple broken power points, the kettle didn’t work, the shower doors were falling off, cover missing off light. It’s just a bit unloved.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The apartment was not properly cleaned. We found an opened bottle of water left by previous guests, used dental floss on the bathroom floor and, most importantly, the floor itself was clearly dirty. Every time we walked around in socks, they became completely black. We had requested a baby cot in advance, but none was prepared. We eventually found it folded away inside a storage chest, without a mattress or bedding. After we contacted the host, they reacted quickly, the cleaning staff (who were very kind) assembled it and brought a mattress the following day. However, our daughter had to sleep on a folded duvet the first night. The shower drain barely worked, although this was repaired promptly after we reported it. The sofa bed mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The apartment is also smaller than it appears in the photos, and the terrace was dirty and practically unusable. The biggest disappointment came before arrival. My father, who was travelling with us from Colombia, was hospitalised with dengue fever. We sent medical reports and only asked to postpone the reservation by two weeks—not for a refund—but the request was refused without any flexibility. We ended up travelling without him while he remained in hospital. Despite the prompt response to some issues during our stay, I would not stay here again.

Decent stay

This apartment is old though everything worked. Like: location close to transportation and good food options including a small market, kitchen well equipped, appreciated the snacks, towels were thick and large, spacious, balcony with a decent view. Dislike: shower hard to get in/out, limited knee space for toilet bc the bathroom is very small compare to others. Sofa bed not very comfortable. No TV downstairs and not hooked up. No usb ports which seems common in Europe.

Good location, but many things to be improved

We stayed for 5 nights, however, no room cleaning happened even once and I had to wash towels by myself everyday using small semi-automatic washer in the room. It means that I had to spend at least one hour every morning until washer finishes. Towels and bed sheets had some spots. Water drain in the bath room was terrible. It was like washing body in shallow pool. Toilet sheet was so close to bath curtain that I had to sit on the toilet sheet diagonally. Location is great, room has enough space for family stay, and the response from agent is quick enough, but considering the price, it seems that there are many things to be improved.

Flott leilighet med nydelig utsikt og beliggenhet.

Jeg reiste med min kone og to barn 8 og 6 år. Dette stedet anbefaler jeg gjerne videre. Veldig god kommuniskajson , behjelpelig . Ikke minst var beliggenheten helt fantastisk. Området er nydelig, mange gode resturanter og gå avstand til Colosseum. Kjempe fin utsikt med ti balkonger. Gode solforhold fra morgen til ettermiddag /kveld . Vi ble tatt veldig godt i mot og jeg anbefaler det gjerne videre.
Utsikten er like fin på kvelden som på dagen.
