Gianiculum apartment

  • Acogedor apartamento en la zona de Gianicolo (la colina sobre Trastevere). Entre las zonas más prestigiosas de Roma, a 5 minutos a pie del parque Villa Pamphili, a 1 km del corazón de Trastevere y a 15 minutos en autobús de Piazza Venezia. El apartamento está en un primer piso con ascensor y consta de dos dormitorios, salón con cocina americana y baño. Todo se completa con una terraza de 16 m2. donde podrás relajarte en verano después de un largo día de caminata. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado y ventanas de doble acristalamiento de última generación.
    El barrio es muy tranquilo y privado, alejado del ruido del centro histórico pero de fácil acceso.
    Wifi gratuito en toda la casa.
    Renovado en mayo de 2023.
    Tal y como exige la legislación vigente, se debe abonar la tasa turística de 6,00 € en efectivo al realizar el check-in.

Our experience with this property was wonderful. Prior to our arrival, Arturo provided us with so much information about Rome and the area where we were staying that we were able to make plans to see many of the sites. The house was clean and easily accessible, close to Trastevere to walk or ride by bus. This is the place to be if you want to avoid the hotels and want to be a part of the city. Thank you, Arturo, for your hospitality and availability. We would definitely consider your location if we get a chance to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is a great size, with everything you'd need inside and in a great location with easy access to nearby shops. Also, being based in Montverde it is within comfortable walking distance/ easy transport links to major attractions in the city. The walk down the hill offers stunning views or the city! Arturo offers great communication and a really smooth check-in/out process. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation in Trastevere, Rome. From the moment the booking was complete, the owner Arturo was very communicative and helpful, sending all the relevant information on a variety of topics ranging from food options in the neighborhood, must see attractions to visit but also safety and local grocery shopping (2-minute walk from the apartment). The apartment is spacious for two or three people traveling together and the two bedrooms are large and have both air conditioner, which was a blessing in the scorching Rome heat! The apartment also has access to a washing machine, which comes in handy if you have been on the road for more than a week! The apartment is located 10-15 minutes walking from the heart of Trastevere. It is located outside the historic center of Rome, so travelers should know that they will need to either walk or take transport to get around. This was not an issue in our case and we appreciated being in a quiet part of Rome. Would definitely stay there again!

The host, Arturo, was great. He was very helpful and informative. It is a nice quiet area with easy access to a bus stops and a train station. Nearby are various restaurant options, a minimart and a supermarket. We walked to many of the Rome tourist attractions but there are some hills and stairs on the routes. The apartment was well equipped.
