The attention to design and detail has created a very cozy atmosphere where you will enjoy spending your time.The apartment is located right above the Pigneto metro station, in a central and strategic position, making it the perfect starting point for fully enjoying your stay and exploring Rome with ease.Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious hallway with an elegant designer desk, where you will find all the useful information about the apartment and guides to help you experience the city to the fullest.The first bedroom is a bright, themed room featuring a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a 40’’ smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning, a smart working desk, a large wardrobe, and modern design details. The second bedroom is the most spacious, offering a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a 40’’ smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning, a smart working desk, a comfortable relaxation sofa, a large wardrobe, and refined themed details. The third bedroom, which also serves as the living room, is a large and versatile space. During the day, it functions as a comfortable living area with a desk and dining table; at night, it transforms into a bedroom with a sofa bed that converts into a French double bed, a wardrobe, designer nightstands, and hot/cold air conditioning.The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower box, a hairdryer with a diffuser, dispensers with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and soap, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine, perfect for longer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, and designer tableware. A spacious dining table is available for meals, and a welcome kit with coffee pods and tea bags awaits you.The balcony is a private outdoor space, perfect for breakfasts or aperitifs while soaking in the authentic Roman atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi. All smart TVs support Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming platforms. Each guest will receive a full set of towels (small, medium, large) and a welcome package.We will be available 24/7 throughout your stay to accommodate any requests.Pigneto is one of the best areas in Rome to enjoy your stay to the fullest. It is well connected, and all essential services such as restaurants, bars, tobacco shops, and supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment’s strategic location offers a mix of lively nightlife and peaceful surroundings, ensuring a pleasant and quiet stay. Located just 10 meters from the entrance of the Pigneto Metro C station, you will have convenient and easy access to explore Rome. San Giovanni is reachable in two stops (about four minutes), Termini Station in four stops (eight minutes), the Colosseum in six stops (twelve minutes), and Piazza di Spagna in seven stops (fourteen minutes).Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, but guests arriving early can store their luggage. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. The apartment accommodates up to six guests, and only registered guests are allowed. Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited to ensure the comfort and respect of all guests.
