Un lugar muy lindo y bien conectado, Guerrino y su esposa son muy amables, hubo muy buena comunicación, muy bien conectado por metro y bus. Muy seguro también, lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Came to Rome for the first time and stayed at this little apartment with my parents. The apartment was very clean and in a good location in relation to both the bus stop and the Metro. Our hosts were very kind and gracious as we forgot to have cash on us beforehand. Absolutely loved getting up and getting breakfast in the market across the street. Would stay again!

Guerrino is the excellent host: super friendly and very helpful! We returned to this location since we liked it very much last year. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The communication to the historic centre of the city is very comfortable (several buses and the subway). Wonderful Mercato Primavalle is just across the street if someone likes to have a morning coffee and some pastry (Bar Maria Ro) , or excellent bread, buns and biscotties for a breakfast (Panificio Costantini), enjoying at the same time a super friendly social environment. Communication trough WhatsApp was good. Checking in was with Guerrino and his wife. They didnt speak English that good. From other reviews their sons are able to spreak English. We havent seen them so i can't say anything about that. Expedia said checkout was at 10.00. The owner then said it was 09.00 that was a little confusing. It was clean enough. There was still a piece of soap and a sock? Left from the people before us. The beds were a little hard. If you are with more than 2 people. There was one real bedroom with a twinsized bed and a one person bed. The other two beds were in the living room so I wouldn't recommend that. The metro station was a bit further than expected. And it was a rough neighborhood. It was alright. Wouldn't book again for this price🙃

Great host, great location w pretty of space and local feel.

Excellent location for families

We stayed as a family and the host was very helpful and the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The location is near a small village with pizza restaurants and local eateries - and a 15 min walk to the train station - very convenient. We loved our time here.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 5 giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero perfetta! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, situato in un punto ben collegato per visitare Roma comodamente. I proprietari sono stati stupendi: gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un posto confortevole e ben posizionato per scoprire la città!

Very clean, enjoyed our stay. The host was very hospitable. The location was a bus and subway ride from the central area of Rome, that took about a half an hour.

Great Place in Rome!

This was a great place to stay--comfortable, AC worked well, and just a 10-minute walk from the Metro. We were able to get around to all our sightseeing spots without difficulty.
