As advertised. Great location for Colosseum and Forum. Taxi area close by too. Apartment is very roomy. AC worked well. Had an issue with hot water on arrival, but host sent plumber who fixed it in a couple of hours. Couches could be upgraded and kitchen is not up to USA standards, but overall nice stay.

Appartement très spacieux, meublé avec goût, bien situé et au calme, cuisine agréable bien qu'un peu sous équipée et quelques problèmes de prises électriquesqui n'ont pas entachés la qualité de notre séjour. Enfin nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec notre hôte qui a repondu rapidement et efficacement à toutes nos questions.A recommander..

The location was great! We were close to the Colosseum and a bit further, but very walkable, distance to the Pantheon. It is a very quiet and comfortable apartment.

Probably the best property I ever stayed in. The main living space was 16x24 feet (It was enormous so I had to measure it with my phone) and it transported you back to 1950s Rome. the bedrooms were excellent, the host was super accommodating (really went above and beyond), and the kitchen was clean, modern and well stocked. Just loved staying there and would do so again. Also, you can see the coliseum from the street and it is an eight minute walk. The immédiate vicinity was very safe, especially at night. We went to an Irish pub 20 minutes away to watch football on a couple of nights and walked past the coliseum each night - magical. would absolutely stay there again.

Location was excellent. Very close to all transportations. We were able to take bus #87 to go to the Vatican and bus# 51 to historical areas, to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps and more. We were able to get the 24 hours ticket to the colosseum that allowed us to have a full enjoyment of the forum and palatine hill too as we were in a walking distant from the apartment. One issue was with the hair dryer provided, I just did not get it to work with any of the outlets of the apartments. No sugar, no coffee. Etc.. One digestion for a 6 days stay to have some of the necessities for the first day at least. No water bottles were provided, but the tab water was drinkable. We appreciated that they were able to help us to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport at 3 am . Overall it was a great experience. We would love to come back to Rome and stay at this place again.

Perfect Rental for Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the Charme Holidays rental. The location was perfect, kitchen is well equipped, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone traveling as a family!

Nice place. Good location. Kitchen had all items we needed to cook. This counts for a lot in our book. Also enjoyed 19th century lift and general aesthetic of flat (with high ceilings etc from the era of construction).

Excellent location near Colosseum

This was a good choice for us, two couples, staying very close to the Colloseum and Forum. Access is good to the Metro, the place is very clean and spacious, and accessing it was simple and straightforward. I would recommend this location to others.

Great Rome apartment

Location was fantastic. Easy to get to everything. Just outside city center so the pace was slower and not crowded. Apartment has everything you need. Comfortable, spacious, all the amenities included.Marta, the property manager was quickly responsive and had all the answers.Highly recommend this apartment when visiting Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was one of favourites during our trip. Communication with Filippo was always prompt, and he met us on time at check-in. The apartment is as shown, and it is quite spacious and comfortable. It needs a few minor improvements and repairs (faulty outlets, a couple of loose floorboards), but it was very clean on arrival. The power did go out in the unit when we were there because we overloaded the kitchen circuit, but Filippo quickly walked us through how to fix it over the phone. We would definitely stay here again as it is a great location near the Colosseum.

Wohnung Nähe Colosseum

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll mit mehreren antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Duschen, aber wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt.
