Charming new (May 2023) apt near the Vatican with view over S. Peter church, 6h floor, elevator, consisting of two large bedrooms with balcony: one with a double and a single bed and one with a double bed and a double pull out sofabed, one signle bedroom, two large bathrooms both with shower cabin, living room with kitchenette, equipped with all accessories for cooking, dining table, cable TV, two sofas, AC in the living room and in the two master bedrooms, washer, USB sockets, blueetooth speakers to listen music in the bathrooms, LED lights, 5 min walking to S. Peter square and to Rome S. Pietro Station.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY:

Check-in time 3 - 7:30 pm.
Late check-in: € 40
Check-in on Sunday or Holiday: € 40.
Check-out time: 10:00 am
If we don't have any departure the same day of Your arrival, we allow free early check-in from 10 am.
If we don't have any arrival the same day of Your departure, we allow late check-out till noon.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please leave all the keys inside.
- Please sort trash and recycling and take them to the countainers in the street in front of the building.
- Double check through the apartment, especially cupboard and bathroom. Check You have Your wallet, phone, ID / Passport and all the personal belongings with You.
- Please close the windows, turn off the lights, Ac, leave the keys inside and shut the door.

EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE AVAILABLE ON DEMAND
If You order an extra cleaning during Your stay, the cleaning agency usually sends 2-3 cleaners in the late morning, because they first clean the apartments with check in the same day. To clean this apartment costs €90. If You wish also a change of linens and towels, it costs € 10 per person, a change of the cover of duvet (Winter time) or cover of bed (Summer time) costs €6 per person.
We provide one set of towels per person. If You want some more, each extra set costs €5. This service is payable to the cleaners directly.
We provide a set of cortesy with some soap, shampoo and paper toilet for the first days. When those items run out, if You don't order an extra cleaning, You should use Yours or buy at the Supermarket. Thanks.

This was truly a great location and apartment. A perfect start to our family Italy vacation. Easy to navigate to all the great locations around Rome. The rooms and space was great. Clean and very open feeling.

Apartment was very nice and spacious. Great view out to side of apartment of the dome of St Peter’s Basilica in Vatican. Beautiful at night! Mauricio’s assistants were great. Ilaria good communication and good instructions prior to arrival. Allan great at arrival explaining things and welcoming us. Good location near restaurants and stores and laundromat within a minute or less walk from apartment. No dryer. But, table line to hang clothes or hang on heater pipes. Walk to Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica takes 15 min or less. Only challenge was twelve flights of steps up to apartment, but there is an elevator, and the steps kept us in good shape! Loved the layout of the apartment, and the hosts were super!

The hosts were great at communicating and helped set up our transportation to and from the airport. Great location and plenty of room for our family of six. Very Clean rooms and kitchen. Towels, soap and shampoo provided for each guest. There is a small elevator to help get to the sixth floor. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Four minute walk to a Carrefour for groceries. Three minute walk to St Peter’s. 25 minute walk to Piazza Navona. Great restaurants close to the apartment too. Pizza Zizza, I San Pietrini, Dai Miel, and La Vittoria are all very good and compare very well with other “highly recommended” Roman restaurants.

We had to find a new place to stay last minute. The owners/manager were very responsive and allowed us to feel comfortable we found a good place. The apartments is as pictured and very spacious for our family of 5. Very convenient to St Peter’s Basilica. I would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to Rome.

The space was perfect for our family of 7. The location couldn’t be better, the view from the balcony beautiful, the hotel manager connected us with transportation to and from the airport at a rate better than what we could find elsewhere.The assistant, Allan, was so welcoming and helpful getting us settled in, we were easily oriented following his greeting.If you are visiting for the Jubilee Year, stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

There was 6 of us that stayed in this unit for 4 nights. 4 adults and 2 kids. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The host was quick to reply and very helpful if we needed anything. Allan was great and met us upon check in and walked us through the unit and showed us how to use the elevator and gave us the house keys. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. There was a washing machine in the unit but no dryer. We did not use the washing machine and gave our clothes to a laundromat across the street who was able to wash and dry within a few hours. The unit is in a great location with many restaurants, bars and a supermarket nearby. When we checked out, the host helped us arrange a ride to the airport which was very nice. The driver arrived on time and took us to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu renoviert und die Aufteilung der 3 Schlafzimmer war für 6 Personen optimal. Die Bäder sind geräumig und modern. In den bequemen Betten konnten wir uns gut vom Tag erholen. Insgesamt war das Appartement sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Anfragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Die Bestellung des Flughafentransfers hat auch hervorragend geklappt. Ein Plus ist der Fahrstuhl (wenn auch für max. 3 Personen) und der Blick auf den Petersdom vom hinteren Balkon. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Der Petersplatz ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Gegend gibt es fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: In der Küchenausstattung wäre ein kleiner Topf um Milch oder Eier zu kochen hilfreich und am straßenseitigen Balkon gibt es eine Kunsstoffabdeckung welche bei windigem Wetter ziemlich laute Geräusche macht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Appartement wieder buchen.

It was clean, very functional and located in a very convenient area of Rome to either walk or pickup Taxis for those destinations not walkable. The proximity (7-10 min walk) from the Vatican was great. Highly recommend.

From the day we confirmed the booking and paid deposit, responses to all our queries were answered promptly. Communication wes excellent and prperty as advertised on VRBO. Check in was supper, landlord s representative was very polite, cheerful and helpful.We enjoyed our stay and wete allowed to check on early on the day of arrival and checkout later after 1000hrs.Overall excellent service and experience. Location great for the purpose of of our trip. Will recommend to others wishing to visit Rome

Despite a last-minute flood in our originally booked apartment, the host quickly arranged for us to stay—at no extra cost—in a much larger apartment just 10 minutes from St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican. Their assistant, Allan, warmly welcomed us, patiently answered all our questions, and shared great tips for our first visit to Rome. The host also arranged our transportation from the airport and later to the cruise port, making our trip stress-free. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped (dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioning, two full bathrooms), and had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water for our group of seven—even in Rome’s summer heat. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would absolutely book with this host again!

Fantastic apartment!

We absolutely loved our time at this apartment in Rome. It was perfectly located near the Vatican and within walking distance to all of the spots that we wanted to see. Great restaurants nearby as well. Alan, the host assistant was incredible! Prompt and easy check-in. Alan assisted us with getting a taxi arranged from into the airport as well as to the bus station. We loved staying at this apartment! It was very clean and comfortable. It’s and when I come back to Rome, we will absolutely be booking this property again! Thank you so much to our hosts and Alan!

This was an excellent stay. Great communication and helped us reserve transportation. It was very clean and comfortable. Thankful for a close supermarket and the gelato down the street was the best in Rome!

Perfect!

We stayed here comfortably with four adults and three teens. Really cute place with a large balcony on both sides that offer different city views. Great location, within walking distance of grocery stores, excellent restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Would stay here again.

A great space in a great location

We were so impressed with the apartment. They allowed us to check in early because there wasn't someone staying there the night before, and Allan was a great welcoming face to the property. He explained everything we needed to know and helped us get situated. It is on the 6th floor (if I remember exactly) and the elevator is SMALL!! You can only get 2 people in at a time, or 1 person with 2 bags. And it's old-school, where you have to physically open a door. Problems arise if someone doesn't close the door well on a different floor because the elevator can't be called. I didn't see that as a huge issue though, as we had younger people who could help...it's just something that would be nice to know. It was a clean property with everything we needed on our 3-night stay for a full family of 7....2 adults and 2 kids (aged 12 and 10) in one room, grandparents in another, and still a single adult in a thrid. I would definitely check to see if this property was available again if we were in Rome.

An excellent stay in Rome!

We absolutely loved this property. It was in a great location in Rome. We loved being so close to the Vatican and as a runner it was a lovely run to go past that and then run along the river. Ilaria was so helpful with all the communication prior to the trip and setting up the taxi to get us from the airport. And then Allan was so nice in meeting us and making sure everything was cared for and we knew what to do for our stay, directing us to helpful and delicious places to eat and shop. It was an all around excellent experience and I really hope others will get to find the joys of this home in Rome. Thank you!

What a nice apartment with a smart layout and all the convenience of home. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. There are wonderful places to eat nearby and a nearby train station. Perfect place to stay in Rome
