This comfortable 60 sq.mt apartment is located on the seventh and top floor (with a lift, which however is not suitable for the disabled) of a period building located in the Prati district, in the center, one of the most characteristic, affluent and historic areas of the city.
Our accommodation, very comfortable and modern, can accommodate up to 4 adults, and has a living area with sofa bed and relaxation corner, open kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower.
The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot and kitchen utensils.
Our guests will also have unlimited Wifi, TV, air conditioning (2 split - in the living area and in the bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and independent heating with heat pumps.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.
