A bright 56-square-meter apartment located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (6 steps to enter; NOT wheelchair accessible) that can accommodate up to four people.

Just a 15-minute bus ride from the Colosseum. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed.



The apartment consists of:

- BEDROOM with a double bed (160 m x 190 m), closet, Smart TV, split A/C;

- LIVING AREA with a two-seater sofa, fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, various kitchen utensils, moka pot, wine glasses), dining table with chairs and access to the balcony (furnished with a small table and chairs), Smart TV, split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, toilet, sink, bidet, washer-dryer.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split units, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.

- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by metro (Line A) to the “San Giovanni” stop, about a 3-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You can park (for a fee) on the street or at the Garage Cirulli on Via Gallia, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
