This charming condo is perfectly situated in the heart of Rome, in the Vatican district on the west side of the River Tiber. If you're eager to explore iconic sights like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trevi Fountain, you'll find the metro just a couple of minutes from your doorstep—making it easy and convenient to discover all that the city has to offer.

The spacious condo has been thoughtfully updated with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Relax in the inviting common area on the sofa, or gather around the dining table to plan your Roman adventures. Stay connected with free WiFi, perfect for booking tickets and activities effortlessly.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, four hot plates, and a microwave—ideal for preparing breakfast or reheating leftovers, even if it's not suited for full meals. Up to eight guests can stay comfortably in four bedrooms, each featuring its own en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV. Three bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning, while the fourth offers two twin beds. Each bathroom includes a shower, WC, and bidet.

Great location. Walking distance to Vatican. Restaurants and shops walking distance. Highly recommend checking out Bibi’s restaurant. Check-in process was easy and communication was on point. No issues. Cleanliness was good. It is an older building. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was perfect. I would definitely book again if I ever come back to the area.

Right in the heart of the City

Perfect property for a base in which to enjoy as many of the City's culture. From getting around on the Metro, station at the end of the block. To returning in the late afternoon and picking one of the local restaurants. We mislaid our apartment keys and although it was a National holiday day the Halldis team quickly brought us replacement keys. First class ..the following day we recovered the keys with the help of the Vaticans Swiss guards and Vatican police

leider entprach die Wohnung in keiner Weise der Erwartung und der Beschreibung. Mit Bildern, die wohl bereits einige Jahre alt waren und nicht dem aktuellen Zustand entsprachen. Darüber hinaus war eines der vier Badezimmer komplett unbenutzbar. Angeblich sei der Schaden am Tag unserer Anreise entdeckt worden. Die bereist durchnässten Wände und die sichtbaren Ausblühungen sprechen aber eine andere Sprache. In einem weiteren Badezimmer war die Toilette bestenfalls als Pissoir nutzbar, da der Abfluss nicht vollständig funktionierte. Schimmel an den Wänden war in allen Bädern deutlich sichtbar. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht verriegeln, da entweder die Griffe defekt waren oder die Riegel komplett funktionslos waren. Dadurch kam der Lärm der Straße nahezu ungehindert in die Schlafräume, was eine ungestörte Nachtruhe unmöglich machte. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ebenfalls beklagenswert. Insgesamt bleibt festzuhalten, dass lediglich die Lage der Wohnung als positives bleibt.
