  • El apartamento para 6 personas está en el centro de Roma, a solo 100 metros de St. Basílica de Pedro y a pocos metros de la casa del Papa Francisco (la "Casa de Santa Marta"). El apartamento de 80 m2, dos amplios dormitorios. Sala de estar con cocina, baño, balcón, ascensor, ropa de cama, toallas, internet WIFI gratuito, vista de la cúpula de San Peter desde las ventanas, TV vía satélite, calefacción, aire acondicionado Daikin, lavadora, secador de pelo, cuna y trona para niños. El apartamento está en el 4to piso con ascensor. El apartamento es ideal si vienes a Roma en coche, ya que está ubicado en una calle donde puedes aparcar gratis. Primer dormitorio: dormitorio grande (20 m2) con una cama doble (extra grande) y una cama individual. Segundo dormitorio: dormitorio grande (18 m2) con una cama doble (extra grande) y una cama individual. El apartamento es ideal si vienes a Roma en coche, ya que está ubicado en una calle donde puedes aparcar gratis. La limpieza final, ropa de cama, toallas, internet wi-fi, gas, agua, electricidad, calefacción, cuna y la trona del niño están incluidos en el precio del apartamento. Me avisas si quieres la cuna y la trona del niño, así que cuando llegues encontrarás estas cosas en el apartamento. Primer dormitorio: dormitorio grande (20 m2) con una cama doble (extra grande) y una cama individual. Segunda habitación: habitación grande (18 m2) con una cama doble (extra grande). En el salón hay un sofá, cómodas sillas tapizadas en cuero y mesa. Todas las principales atracciones turísticas (St. Peter, los Museos Vaticanos, el Coliseo, el Campo de 'Fiori, la Plaza de España, la Fontana de Trevi, la Plaza Navona, etc.) son fácilmente accesibles a pie o en autobús y metro. El área que rodea el apartamento cuenta con numerosas tiendas, bares, supermercados, cibercafés, bancos con cajero automático (con bankomat), bodegas, restaurantes, pizzerías, pubs, heladerías y farmacias. Cuando llegue, lo recibiré en persona y, si lo desea, lo acompañaré en el vecindario y le mostraré el supermercado, las tiendas, los restaurantes, las paradas de transporte público, etc. Si tiene alguna pregunta antes de su llegada y durante su estadía, puede escribirme: me complace responderle. Emidio was a terrific host! Perfect communication and so very helpful! Even with requests that went beyond the apartment. The apartment was well located for our trip with stores and restaurants nearby & a short walk to St. Peter's. Apartment was big enough for 5 people. It was my kids first trip to Europe and they thought it was small, but I thought it was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the window shades. AC worked fine, and we used it a little, but most of the time, we just opened the windows for the breeze and fresh air.
Arrived in Rome late. Walked around the block and had supper. Good food, helpful staff, great view! The carbonara was delicious and the limoncello & cookies at the end of the meal was a nice surprise.

Very nice apartment

All was excellent. Location: 25 minutes by taxi from Fiumicino Airport, 3 minutes walking to Vatican. Very nice apartment: two bedrooms (double bed, double bed + single bed), living room, kitchen with all necessary things and toilet (shower cabin). Owner was very polite, open and obliging. Prepayment and payment processes were simple and transparent. I could recommend this property and it's owner!!! Thank you very much! It was great week in Rome.

Emidio était présent pour nous accueillir.L’appartement est bien situé, à environ 5-10mns de marche du Vatican.Nous avons été déçus par les équipements de l’appartement. Il y a très peu d’équipement pour cuisiner (pas de bols, pas de Tupperware, aucun produit essentiel (huile, sel et poivre par exemple) etc..), il nous a fallu tout acheter pour seulement quelques jours.Le système de chauffage est particulier et il était impossible de l’enclencher la nuit et le matin, nous avons eu froid !! Notre expérience est mitigée.

We loved our stay here!

My husband, my daughter, my parents (in there 70s) and I all stayed at this apartment during October. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was perfectly clean and in great condition. Having the elevator was a plus for my elderly parents. My experience with Emidio was great. While we were planning the trip, he responded to all my e-mailed questions in English nearly instantly. He met us at the apartment when we arrived with a friendly greeting. We had absolutely no problem getting all around Rome from the bus stop right outside the building acrossed the street. There were several very good restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment and we found a grocery store only a couple of blocks away. We loved having a home in Rome. I will highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of coming to Rome and I hope we will be able to return ourselves someday.

A perfect location

This was a lovely apartment in a perfect location for the Vatican. Our Host Emidio was a perfect gentleman. He greeted us at the apartment, after showing us in and giving us information that we needed for air con etc he then took us on a small tour of the area for shops, restaurants, and bus stops. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained as was the entrance hall, we did meet some of the residents who live in the building all very friendly. This was our second visit to Rome and should we return in the future I would be pleased to go back to this apartment . Thank you Emidio for a lovely stay in your beautiful city.

Ein sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Top-Zustand. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Rom-Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Hat uns vieler gezeigt (Supermarkt usw.). Wir kommen wieder. Und die Lage ist natürlich auch super. Blick auf die Peterskuppel. Besser geht es nicht. Danke.

Great experience

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious and has stunning views of St Peter's Basilica from the kitchen and first bedroom. Located on the doorstep of the Vatican, this is close to amenities such as restaurants, cafes, internet cafes, grocery shops and public transport. Emidio our host could not have been more welcoming and helpful and even took us for a guided tour of the neighbourhood when we arrived. He even helped us with our heavy luggage! Will be recommended this apartment to friends and family.

Met all expectations

The location is ideal, close to the Vatican.. The amenities were very good allowing us to cook many meals......the neighbourhood grocery stores, bakery shop and restaurants were all closeby. Emidio is a very efficient landlord who tries his very best to please. It was magical to sleep in a comfortable bed basking in the shadows of St. Peter's dome. In no time it felt like home. Clean, great location and very helpul owner

This is a great location for St Peter's Basilica / Vatican in general, and a great value place to stay. The owner took us for a walk on arrival, showing us the local shop/cafe/restaurants/newsagents, etc. He also arranged the taxi to/from the airport, and met us at the entrance to the apartments. Good for catching a bus or train into termini, or just walking to the castle and into the centre. We had a lovely stay.

Agréable séjour à Rome

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome. Le logement est très bien situé à côté du Vatican et avec une vue incroyable sur le dome. Les chambres sont très confortables et la salle de bains flambant neuve. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil: le propriétaire est très sympa et il nous a renseigné en français, sur tout ce que l'on pouvait trouver et faire à Rome.

SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT

Die wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Überall sehr liebevolle Details, die man in einer Ferienwohnung nicht unbedingt erwarten würde. Wir haben uns wie "zu Hause"Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Wohnung an sich liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Siedlung, mit guter Anbindung an den Nahverkehr sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Selbst spätnächtliches Heimkommen nach einer durchzechten Nacht war kein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
