Quiet oasis in a busy Historical city

Our stay was almost too short. We used uber to get around for the most part. The condo is located a few blocks from the colosseum and close to some tasty places to eat. It was very peaceful and exactly what we needed.

Excellent property, great location!

This was a great experience from check in to check out. The place is immaculate. All appliances, TV's, wifi worked perfectly. Location is perfect. You can literally see the Colosseum from the front door. The host, Marco was amazing. Very gracious and helpful for tips and getting local restaurant reservations. Wonderful time. Recommend fully without hesitation. 6 Stars!

Dream Apartment in a Wonderful Location in Rome

My husband and I just completed our dream vacation to Italy along with another couple. Marco and Sara were the perfect, welcoming hosts offering a wonderful apartment near the Colosseum. The check in and check out process was easy and we appreciated the helpful tips that our hosts provided for their favorite restaurants in the area. During our stay, we remarked that we felt we were experiencing Rome "in style" staying in such a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous entryway, comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and an awesome shower. The apartment is safe, quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely decor. It was the perfect home away from home for us while in Rome. We know where we'll be staying next time we're in Rome, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay. Thank you to our hosts for making our vacation all the more special.

Lovely beautiful Condo near the Colosseum

Marco and Sara were exceptional hosts. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. At first we were apprehensive about passport photo requests and incidental payment in cash only but we understand now the reason behind their protocols. We decided on early check out and the day of, Marco and Sara was able to send over one of his staff members to check us out and do a walkthrough of the condo in a timely manner! That was super greatly appreciated especially when we were able to catch our train on time! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. They had all the major amenities you need. The place was very close to the colesseum with easy access to other subway trains and Ubers! Having an expresso machine and tea was a lovely touch! Couple of improvements is to maybe have packets of pepper, with the existing salt. Additional, cutlery knives would have been beneficial especially for those that cook! Other than that, the place was lovely, super accommodating, and relaxing. One thing I didn’t see was the spa whirlpool as it said there was one on the premises… was just curious where it was! It was our fault that we never asked;). Marco/Sara, thank you again for a very lovely stay! We recommend staying at their condo! They did provide wonderful food recommendations and activities if you ask! We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Apartment Close to the Colosseum

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was all that I hoped it would be. It’s in a quiet residential area walking distance from the Colosseum. It had nice touches like a fridge stocked with drinks, plenty of coffee and tea, and toiletries. We used the washer and dryer and they worked great. The building has an elevator and is very secure. Communication with our host was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend a stay!

The Highlight of Our Trip!!

You must stay here! Marco is incredibly helpful and attentive. His apartment is stunning, clean, safe, and you can watch Netflix and do laundry!! Downstairs is a cafe with food and coffee, and a nearby restaurant where we bought wine. You’re walking distance to the Colesseum (aim for end of the day sunset walks for great pictures). The kitchen is fully stocked and each room has remote controlled AC and windows/blinds. FABULOUS property and owner!!

5 Stars! The perfect place for our family for 2 weeks. All the amenities and space. Close to metro and train station. We took day trips to Florence and Naples on the train. A grocery store is very close. We had plenty of food and drinks at the apartment and cooked breakfast each morning. Thank you Marco!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment

From the moment we walked into the apartment we knew our stay in Rome would be enjoyable. Clean, well equipment, beautifully renovated apartment with plenty of space for the 4 of us. 2 large bathrooms with relaxing rain showers were a plus. When you step out the front door of the building and look to the right you can see the Colosseum. Perfect location for touring the city. Marco & Sara were excellent communicators and assisted quickly with every question we had. Thank you for making our first visit to Rome a memorable one.

Best location in Rome

This apartment is such a great size, very clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located. A short walk to the most wonderful restaurants and the Colosseum, the train terminal and many other attractions. The location is quiet day and night and the beds are comfortable!

An amazing stay in Rome
