Experience Rome with elegance and comfort in the Frezza Apartment, a refined 120 sqm home in a 17th-century Roman building, a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. Bright, timeless, and carefully curated, it’s ideal for families and small groups who want space, privacy, and peace of mind in the heart of the city.

Part of the Alta Luxury Apartments collection, the apartment is professionally managed to ensure a smooth, worry-free stay.

The Space:
Set in an elegant Roman palazzo on Via della Frezza (corner of Via del Corso), on the 2nd floor with elevator, the apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
• A beautiful master suite with walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower and Cromorelax system
• A second bedroom and a second full bathroom
• High ceilings and large windows typical of historic Roman residences
• A welcoming living area with a marble dining table seating 8–10, a wall-mounted TV, and two large sofas (one converts into a double sofa bed)

Pros: Spacious living/dining room and bedrooms.Kitchen had full size fridge/freezer. Clothes washer with separate dryer worked well. Safe was handy. Elevator was essential. Fun authentic building. Wonderful neighborhood walking distance to everything you need. Host very accommodating.Cons: Tiny shower in one bathroom. No microwave. No kitchen towels, paper or cloth. Would definitely stay here again!

Eduardo's apartment is better than a five-star hotel. It's spotlessly clean, the decor is beautiful, the kitchen is well furnished, and it's located in an excellent spot for exploring Rome. Via della Frezza is a quiet little side street, but it's just a few steps from Il Corso, the main street of Rome. Most of the top tourist sites in the city are within a 15-20 walk. The owner, Eduardo, was great to work with: He responded to all our questions, arranged a car to and from the airport, met us on check-in to show us around the apartment, and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. Speaking of which, there are dozens of excellent places to eat within a few blocks of the apartment, as well as numerous bars, gelato shops, groceries, clothing stores, souvenir shops, pharmacies, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome. Our highest recommendation.

Great property with a terrific and responsive manager!

This apartment was perfect for my husband and me…we spent 7 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Edoardo was fantastic! He was very responsive and coordinated transportation for us to and from the airport. He provided restaurant recommendations which was consistent with our research and friends recommendations. This is a very safe location as well. Very happy with our stay.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Roma!

We had the most incredible stay. You cannot ask for a better location and the apartment itself is clean, super spacious and a perfect mix of modern and old world decor. Edoardo is a gracious host. He greeted us enthusiastically upon our arrival and was extremely responsive and forthcoming with information prior to our arrival. The location of the apartment itself is close to everything….beautiful restaurants, shops, grocery stores and important sites. Brilliant experience

The five-star reviews that I had read online before booking turned out to be true for us. The location is excellent, and the property manager and his staff were terrific. It's in a quiet street but only a few steps away from a major shopping area. Spanish steps, Trevis fountain, etc., are all within walking distances (15-20 min each). The apartment is quite spacious and everything worked. If I ever come to this part of Rome, I would definitely stay here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The proximity to every destination, dinner spot, and historical site is fantastic; nothing was more than a 20-minute walk. This villa has the best location in Rome. 2 minutes to Spanish steps, tons of restaurants, grocery and many shops within 1 minute. Fantastic apartment near Spanish steps

We loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful apartment near the Spanish steps. The pictures are completely accurate. The owner’s list of suggested restaurants in the neighborhood was a big help and he made airport transfer arrangements as well. A great place for exploring Rome!

The Best Stay in Roma!

Staying in the Frezza Apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment is lovely- clean, comfortable, and wonderful amenities. The location was truly the best area of the city we have stayed! Easy to get to all major attractions and wonderful markets and neighborhood restaurants. Most of all, Edoardo was a delight and a great assistance from before we arrived to the last day when he coordinated our transportation to the airport on departure.
