You will have 2 living rooms with 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 relaxation area with fireplace, 2 hydromassage tubs, an infrared sauna, a rain-effect chromotherapy shower. The area is very characteristic with alleys and restaurants and is connected to a bus terminal behind the house to get around either on foot or using public transport.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet building with an independent entrance directly from the street. The apartment is divided into two floors. As soon as you enter the house on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Upstairs we find a double bedroom with Jacuzzi and another bathroom with shower. To complete the property you have smart TV with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO (archive with over 1000 films and TV series in different languages), free fiber optic WIFI (very fast), air conditioning, independent heating, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, kettle, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, table and iron, excellent quality upholstery and furniture.

APARTMENT 2:

This apartment is also divided into three floors, as soon as you enter the house we find a living room with kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs we find 2 double bedrooms with another bathroom. Downstairs we find a relaxation area consisting of a lounge with sofas and fireplace and we also find a private spa for the exclusive use of the apartment with a whirlpool tub, infrared sauna, and a shower with rain effect chromotherapy. Great place!

Stayed here with the family and it was huge! Very spacious! The location was central to everything so you could walk anywhere you wanted to go.

Excellent stay

The property was as advertised. The Neighbourhood was amazing. The jetted tub was nice a the end of a long day of walking. WiFi solid. No complaints. Would certainly stay here again.

Good area close to some nice pizzas. Able to find restaurants walking distance. Could have instructions on how to use washing machines. Also the largest apartment we never could get air conditioning working on the first floor. We texted proorty but it ended up being his day off. Our stay ended before we figured out the air conditioning.

Not as listed very misleading

This is NOT a spacious 4 or 5 bedroom apartment, it is two small adjacent two bedroom apartments. Made it very difficult for my family, no where to get together or eat together. Misleading, and I regret my choice. Two of my party moved out and went to a hotel because of the mildew smell in one of the two units.

Perfect location for tourism, clean house, very noisy

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place has good bedrooms and shower facilities with additional spa and jacuzzi etc as bonus. The kitchen was minimal and the pantry bare for us who are used to US rental homes. We could walk to many important sites and the river with its walkway is real close. The biggest problem was noise at night with loud street noises of pedestrians and building restoration work etc. It was hard to sleep. Dino communicated with us efficiently and Pierluigi, the assistant, was quite helpful.

Amazing location, excellent communication, perfect stay!

We loved our 3 nights at this property! The little touches like spa slippers, shower caps, and all the toiletries were much appreciated. The location was so perfect and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We loved being close enough to stop in during the day and rest and get out of the heat. The communication was excellent. I would stay here again!
