"Showers had one temperature"

"Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us"

"Average hotel in Rome."

"Great location as it is close to the Train station"

"The staff at the desk were kind of rude. The AC was not working; I tried to call the desk but no one answered."

"Great staff and comfortable bed but would need some modernization and the breakfast is not worth the money."

"Chambre tres petite mais a tres bien équiper et moderne. Un bizarre odeur dans les corridor qui devrait etre corriger a notre avis. Bon déjeuner"
