"No. All the way around, no. I won’t stay here again. Smells damp with an explosive aroma of older woman’s floral scent perfume in the hallways; breath taking. I woke up with bug bites on my arms, back and side. There was significant black mold on the air conditioning unit. The breakfast was not good at all and somewhat sketchy; the attendant was nice.

"Okay staff is really nice but the building is under construction and there was some leaks from the ceilings at random places, I truly appreciate the staff but they need to be more clean and on it with mopping the rooms and cleaning the rug. The steam room was unclean and the sauna, breakfast was 10/10."

"I picked this hotel for the pool and we weren't disappointed. Best pool I have had in a hotel on Lake Michigan, by far. Rooms were nice. The whole town stops serving food at like 9 so be careful, but that isn't the hotel's fault."

Unfortunately, the front desk staff were so unfriendly--kept us waiting for 5 minutes even though no one else was there, did not make eye contact or smile or apologize for the wait--that this inhospitality marred the visit."

"The room was decent, and the staff was excellent. The check-in staff had all the documents ready, so it took me only two minutes to get my room key. Parking was super convenient and very close to the hotel.
The lady in the breakfast room even made a fresh batch of hash browns when the kids asked for them. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially compared with other hotels in the same price range."

"We found bed bugs in our room, the bathroom was filthy. The older gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful, the man that checked us out was not. One of the staff was also playing with a tennis ball in the parking lot and loitering around, he ended up hitting our car with the ball. We checked out early and were not able to get a refund."

"I saw a sign when I checked in on the counter. It said 8/10. I think this is about right. It is summer time, so you are going to get bugs in the room. Also, the toilet sang all night. That is, it was noisy. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay."
