This lovely, luxurious villa, located 2nd line to the La Marquesa Golf course is set on a private plot with kidney shaped pool (8x5m) surrounded by a patio, outside shower, BBQ and a lovely natural garden, providing a home from home. The villa has steps up to a covered veranda with a large dining table. The main door opens into a large open plan living room and a spacious new kitchen. An archway leads to a master bedroom with on-suite shower room, a family bathroom and a second bedroom which has an external doorway onto a balcony with a spiral stair case up to the roof terrace which hosts a lovely seating area with views over the golf course. The third bedroom has a separate external entrance to the side of the property with an en-suite shower room and is not connected internally to the rest of the house. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the property is air-conditioned throughout. Free Wi-Fi is available. A wall mounted TV, Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs and Blu-rays as well as books and games provides plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The enclosed garden is secure for children to roam and explore. It provides additional outdoor seating opportunities to enjoy a coffee among the fragrant lemon and orange trees. There is a new table tennis and a darts set. The pool has stairs for easy access. Loungers and umbrellas invite for a relaxed day in the sun.

Linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental price. Our local English speaking contact will provide you with the keys and is also available for queries and emergencies and will sort out the end of stay clean; this ensures that every guest arrives at a fully deep cleaned villa.

The property is nestled in a picturesque valley, a supermarket, bars and restaurants, ATM as well as the golf course itself are within walking distance. 

The villages of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales are less than 5 mins drive away, with weekly local markets, restaurants and shops. The beautiful beach of Guardamar (10mins drive) is one of many in the vicinity. Alternatively, the Quesada aqua park is a few minute’s drive away. La Marquesa is only one of half a dozen golf courses within a 30 mins drive, providing ample challenge and variety for the avid golfer.

La Zenia shopping centre and the towns of Torrevieja, Elche and Orihuela invite with their shopping and entertainment. Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia are easily reachable destinations for a day out to sample local culture, and the surrounding mountains offer opportunities for easy hikes, exploring the local medieval castles around Novelda or sample the local wines in one of the many wineries in the region.
