Located in the foothills of the Ozarks Mountains, Northwest Arkansas is full of scenic, well-maintained roads. Whether you want to visit one of the many local state parks, see the elk in Jasper, drive the famous Pig Trail, eat great food, or hear good music we have got you covered. Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville have all the amenities you will need, with a local flare. Whether visiting Dickson St. in Fayetteville, Emma St. in Springdale, Historic Downtown Rogers, the Historic Square in Bentonville, or Crystal Bridges Museum there is truly something for everyone. Eureka Springs and Harrison are both easy drives from the house, filled with rolling hills and natural beauty.

Maximum 6 guests.10 minutes to Prairie Creek Marina, 30 minutes to Eureka Springs, 7 miles to Rogers. Smart TV. Fast internet/Wi-Fi. 3-bedroom 2 Full Bath. Garage space for 2 cars. Space for 2 cars in driveway. (Not suited for boat parking). No lake access from the house. Great location for Bald Eagle watching. Close to walking trails, Hobbs State Conservation Area. Great shopping at the Promenade in Rogers. Fully equipped Kitchen with all appliances.

Sunsets did not disappoint!

Quiet neighborhood with an unobstructed view of the lake. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Large deck, serenaded by cardinals and Carolina wrens. Mark is a responsive and hospitable host.

Perfect get-away spot

Beautiful home with a lovely view of Beaver Lake from both the deck and sunroom. Everything you could possibly need is in the house. Mark is a great communicator and responds to questions quickly. We would love to come again and bring the family.

Coziest weekend ever!

They weren’t joking about the best views. It’s gorgeous! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as games and a library. The owner was very easy to work with and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful!

Such a great house with an amazing view! The deck is huge, it was quite cold during our stay but having the sun room meant we could still enjoy the scenery. The house was very clean and has so much room, the kitchen has everything you'll need and then some. Great communication from the host throughout the process. It was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked it for a peaceful thanksgiving getaway. then dint

Great view and amazing house

Weekend getaway

Everything was terrific! It’s a very clean, welcoming place. The driveway is a little tricky, but with the quiet neighborhood the house is in, it wasn’t difficult getting in and out of.It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to town. We made all of our meals onsite, and morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water was absolutely divine!

Great View

We spent a lot of time cooking meals together and spending time on the back deck. The view over the lake, especially at sunset was gorgeous. We used both pull-outs and it was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed and the owners’ instructions were clear and easy.

2024 Sister weekend

The property was spectacular. The view of the lake was beautiful, you could not beat the sunrise and sunset views. The owner was very responsive and was very welcoming. You felt very secluded, but was very close to anything you may have needed. Prairie Creek Marina was 10 minutes from the property and offered a restaurant as well, food was good. Lots of places to fish long banks which was very close to the property, as well swim beaches. Definitely 10/10 and would recommend the property. The property had lots of room and beautiful deck to look at those lake views. Thank you Kathy Quador
