Our quaint and cozy cottage is convenient to charming Cocoa Village-enjoy quaint restaurants, pubs, breweries, coffee shops, antique stores and art galleries.

Conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and other nearby attractions and outdoor experiences-biking along Historic Rockledge Drive, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking in Indian River, boating, sailing, fishing charters, Cocoa Village Playhouse, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, USSSA Space Coast Complex, Port Canaveral/cruise ships and more!

OVERVIEW
Located off of scenic Rockledge Dr in the heart of the historic Rockledge district-our cottage is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing escape, traveling families, romantic getaways, girls trips, holiday stays, celebrations, beach trips, a place to stay prior to a cruise etc;

Our beautifully appointed space will make for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

BEDROOMS
The little blue cottage offers 2 bedrooms with memory foam queen beds and an open loft with a twin bed.

WIFI & TV
The cottage has WIFI and a 'Smart TV' in living area which gives you access to streaming apps such as: Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc.

KITCHEN
It comes equipped with full kitchen amenities so you can prepare your own farm-to-table meals with fresh food from local Rockledge Gardens Farmers Market or nearby grocery store. We provide fresh ground coffee, creamer and assorted teas as well as light breakfast foods: grits, oatmeal.

OUTDOOR SPACE
We have a quiet sitting area on the side of cottage (perfect for coffee or cocktails!) as well as a casual dining set that seats 4 with outdoor umbrella.

We were delighted with the Little Blue Cottage. Located in a quiet, residential district, and just a few minutes walk to the river and a 30min drive to Kennedy Space Centre, the cottage had everything we needed for a home from home. Jennifer responded quickly to our messages and provided helpful information. We have no hesitation in recommending the Little Blue Cottage for a relaxing, stress free stay.

The place was lovely. We really enjoyed ourselves. My daughter loved having the shower with the two shower heads and the loft. The staircase was a little nerve racking but we made a good effort to take our time. We loved having access to the beach items - it would have been great for an umbrella but we survived! The board games were so much fun. My only suggestion - rather than negative feedback - is privacy options with the curtains. The sheer curtains were so nice to let the sun in, but once it was down- we felt a little exposed as well the back door access being wood doors with glass being the hard stop to outside access; it felt a little exposed as well but we used the barn doors at night and utilized the lock for extra measures. This isn't to say we felt unsafe; just our due diligence to keep ourselves secure in unknown territory. We really loved the place.

5 star stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. Both times have been wonderful. The cottage is very cute, clean, spacious and well stocked. The hosts are very informative and pleasant. The location is extremely convenient to Cocoa Village and the river.

Cute house for excursions

The house is cute and nicely renovated. Unfortunately, the garden doesn’t quite match the quality of the house. The pictures suggest easy access to nearby water, but all the water access points were private. On the positive side, the kitchen was well equipped, and Michael and Jennifer provided a great guide with information about the house and the area.

This home is absolutely perfect

Lovely cottage, nicely decorated, comfy bed. We didn’t realize how close we were to the river until we left. It would be helpful to have area information ( local restaurants, attractions, maps) available. We loved it!

Fantastic stay in The Little Blue Cottage

In town for the holidays and cottage was perfect. Within a couple miles of family. Super convenient to Cocoa Village. Cottage was quaint and comfortable, super clean, all amenities provided with great thought and in great condition. Owners had great communication before and throughout our stay but everything was great so we didn't need to contact them during our stay but they checked in with us to ensure everything was as it should be checking in. Location is great for river road access which is great if you are a walker, runner or biker. Only note for guests would be to advise of increased train traffic so white noise or ear plugs advised if you are a light sleeper but it was very manageable most nights. Definitely would stay here again.

Cute and cozy!

The little blue cottage was very cute, inside and out! Felt secluded within the property regardless of neighbors on each side and felt very private. The cottage was spacious yet cozy and had everything you need while on a multi-day vacation!

Lovely clean cottage

Easy reservation with Jennifer and even got in an hour early! Entire cottage was immaculate and cozy. Fluffy thick towels and great pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Coffee and tea set ups were a lovely touch along with a hand written greeting! Outside back area was great for afternoon reading too. WiFi was easily available and a breeze to enjoy. Great TV subscriptions to choose from as well as many board games and puzzles. Having the washer and dryer is a great bonus. Great AC and water pressure! My only concern was that the two beds were not so comfy.. one had a definite low spot in the middle and both were rather firm. I am only mentioning as we are kind of selective about sleep and it just was a little tough. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable to the riverfront. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage!

Wonderful Cottage!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the little blue cottage! We absolutely fell in love with the charm of the house and the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, right down the road from the water. We had everything we needed to cook a small meal one of the nights, and the house has all of the modern amenities you need to be comfortable throughout the house. Everything was very clean and well kept, and we can’t wait to come back for another stay! Thank you for having us!

Great little house

This property was very clean, convenient, and comfortable. We were in Rockledge to visit friends, and were happy we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. Everything was just as advertised, with plenty of room for just two of us. We would definitely book here again!

Lovely Stay in Rockledge

We just had a short trip to the area to look at colleges for my son. I easily fell in love with the adorable cottage and the cute neighborhood. The Indian River is a short walk up the street and we spent enjoyable mornings walking up to the local coffee cafe while spotting dolphins in the water! The cottage is lovely and had everything we needed. The "info app" they created was very helpful to quickly get to know the neighborhood (local grocery store, etc.) I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! PS: my son loved the loft room! If my son ends up going to college locally, you can bet we'll be wanting to book the cottage again! Thank you! Jill & Bryan
