Fantastic location! No ocean view, but so close to the ocean that this gives the house 4 stars.We did not get the entry code, but were able to contact the host very easily.The furniture is a bit dated, the dishwasher did not work, and there was an issue with the hot water in the upstairs bathroom.As stated in the description, there is no AC, and the upstairs (where you will be most of the time) gets really hot.

Great location, within walking distance of the beach and near by attractions.

We always enjoy our stay here. We have looked at renting more upscale properties but this place is our favorite due to location and being family friendly.

Spring Break 2016

As always, this place is organized, simple (but not lacking), private and cozy. This is our favorite getaway. We love this place and can't wait to come back. So many beaches and so much to do and see!

Just came back to Colorado after spending a wonderful weekend in this house! Very nice, very comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach (which I went to often!). A great place to call "home" for a weekend away.

Great beach getaway

The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and utensils. The location close to the beach was perfect. Highly recommend staying here.
