Lovely Walk to Erie Canal restaurants

This property is in excellent condition and was just what we were looking for. We spend the 4th of July in Pittsford visiting friends and its location was perfect for walking to the canal to enjoying the restaurants there. The house is a short stroll to Book Culture and the perfect distance for a delightful after dinner trip for sweet treats from the Dairy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast during our stay. The road noise can be loud in the morning so I would suggest bringing a wind machine or use an app on your phone if you prefer to sleep in. Even so, we really enjoyed the location and proximity to the canal and Main Street.

Charming stay in Pittsford

Absolutely lovely property! Beautifully renovated, walking distance to shops, canal and local coffee! Host Brenda is fantastic to work with. She has thought of everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Just like home…

Property is absolutely stunning. I felt like I was a guest to the homeowner as opposed to living in a temp housing situation. There were throw blankets and pillows and anything that would just make you feel comfortable and at home. The house is full of charm, and has been impeccably updated. It’s in the cutest little town near Rochester. The owner was amazing, and communication was perfect.

Awesome experience

We were thrilled at how much we loved staying here and the overall experience. The host was outstanding and the home is wonderful. The only thing I would change, I wish we could have stayed longer. We are coming back again and you should defininely consider this option when traveling to the Rochester area.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home and neighborhood!

I can’t even begin to say how thankful we are for having the opportunity to stay in this amazing house. It was everything we expected and more. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a very large bathroom; another bedroom/den in the main floor with a full bathroom; kitchen is completely remodeled; family room is cozy as can be and very large; house is equipped with everything you need and more including games, soaps, tons of candles; water; coffee; tons of towels; etc. This is the first time I stay in such a clean house where no detail and expense has been spared. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and special note and Brenda is such much more than a host! The neighborhood is delightful and walking to the village was easy and a short walk. Sufficient parking for two cars. I will definitely stay here again when going back to Rochester.

Extraordinary listing

This is a lovely, lovely historic home in the heart of Pittsford, newly renovated with exquisite taste, and with an eye to satisfying the guests’ every need and comfort. Brenda was easy to reach and so accommodating and helpful. To say we were pleased with our visit is an understatement! We look forward to staying here whenever we’re in Pittsford.

Excellent place in Pittsford!

This home is simply exceptionally remodeled and maintained. It made our visit to Pittsford storybook-like. The kitchen, sitting area, dining room, bedrooms have all been beautifully updated. It is fully stocked and walking distance from the downtown area and canal. The owner is a delight to communicate with, she answered our questions in a timely and thorough manner. Our family (me, my husband, and two college age daughters) had a wonderful time and will absolutely visit again! Thank you!!

Amazing Location, Amazing Property

Some friends and I went to Pittsford for the PGA Championship at Oak Hill, where we had the extreme pleasure of staying at Brenda’s house. Everything about the property was perfect. Brenda was a great host and communicated excellently throughout the trip. She was also extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable the whole trip. Highly recommend this property, and highly recommend taking a trip out to Pittsford. The surrounding area was beautiful.

Best Stay Ever!

What a fabulous stay we had in this lovely home. Brenda was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. Our party of 7 had plenty of space to visit enjoying the lovely, well decorated rooms. There were many thoughtful touches which made us feel welcome and comfortable. This is home is a great choice, especially for a larger group. Thank you Brenda for making our daughter’s graduation more special as we used your place as our home away from home.
