The Beach House is a 1 bedroom with a living room that has a queen memory foam pullout couch. So it sleeps 4 comfortably. Everything inside is new. It is only a few blocks from the civic center and other downtown sites. It is a great place to stay if you have appointments at the Mayo Clinic, as it is about a mile and a half from the downtown buildings and about 2 and a half miles from St. Mary's Buildings.

It is located on a corner lot with parking available in driveway.

You will also find many conveniences of home:
o Fully stocked kitchen

o Coffee maker (K Cup style) with a few varieties to choose from
o Washer/Dryer with detergent
o Iron & Board

Small (cozy) home. It is only 576 sq ft.

Beach House Details & Amenities

This house is well suited for a couple, but it can accommodate two others in the "memory foam" pull out couch if needed. There is also a "Pack N Play" available for an infant (this is where the "sleeps 5" comes from) . The main bedroom is in the basement. The pull out couch and bathroom are on the main floor and would work well for a limited mobility couple/person. There are only two steps to get in the front door.

KITCHEN: It is fully stocked with most commonly used utensils, pots, pans, single serve coffee maker, blender, and a toaster. All the appliances are new: Microwave, stove, refrigerator. There is NOT a dishwasher.

LAUNDRY: There is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the basement. There is also laundry detergent available for use and an iron and small board.

LIVING ROOM: There is a pull out couch available if you have additional guests and/or do not want to use the steps to the basement. There is a Smart TV on the wall and also a stereo (Bluetooth capable) with speakers in each room.

BEDROOM:
o Master bedroom is in the basement with a wall mount Smart TV and queen size bed.
o Pull out couch in living room (main level)
o Pack N Play on shelf in laundry room

BATHROOM: Full bath--tub/shower
