Autumn Maple House is a completely remodeled 1500 square feet 3 bedroom one and a half bath Henrietta charmer. Close to so many amenities. Beautiful and quiet 22,000 sf lawn yard with mature maple trees. Light and open floor-plan with fully equipped kitchen. New modern furniture including luxury memory foam mattresses for a good nights rest. Ideal for a romantic hideaway or a family get together. Air conditioner in each bedroom and living room. Washer and dryer. Enjoy Roku programs and movies on your 50” High Def TV & Netflix.  Melt the cold away in your Spa bathroom with steam bath and rainfall shower with body jets. Autumn Maple House is a lovely home you'll want to book for all your Rochester visits!
P.S: We have snow shovel. Guests pay snow plowing fee if they need service.

Great location, easy parking and check-in.

The house was spacious and very conveniently located.The wi-fi worked great.Unfortunately the house was not very clean and supplies were scanty. It appeared that no one had been there in a long time. Very stale, dusty and dead flies, floors hadn't been swept or mopped.The owner did reimburse for all the paper products that were purchased. She was super nice and responsive, but needs a new cleaning person. :)We spent several hours cleaning and the owner refunded 50. out of the 155 cleaning fee.Disappointing stay.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood

My family of six stayed in the Autumn Maple House over Thanksgiving weekend in 2024. The house was clean and well furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the manager was quick. It was exactly what we needed for a visit to the area.

Large and spacious

We didn’t take advantage of most of this house/deck/yard, but it worked for us. The initial impression is not inviting as it is a large room with very minimal furniture. All of the common areas are just a little sparse. (Lots of run around room for kids?) and some of the furnishings felt temporary (folding table in the kitchen) So not all the comforts of home, but served our purpose just fine.

Weekend in Rochester

The property is very conveniently located in the Rochester area with easy access to shopping and highway entrances. The host includes many nice touches including a booklet of information about the property / area. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes / flatware. The rooms were all very comfortable and very clean. Lots of space to gather as a family.

Ha our host was wonderful at answering all my questions and quick to respond. House was good for our needs and the shower took a little getting used to, but was quite interesting and to talk about. Great weekend spent with my daughter who lives in Rochester and a close family friend.

Still Wonderful

This property remains in great shape and is still a top-notch place to stay while visiting the Rochester area. The owner is always responsive whether before, during and after the stay - and clearly takes pride in making her property the kind of place you want to return to regularly (as we have done over the past few years). Great location, quiet neighborhood, and a fully stocked kitchen, combine with with very comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax. Just a wonderful rental.

Fantastic stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. We moved my twins to their new Apts on campus for Yr 2 at RIT and stayed at the Autumn house during our visit. 1st, the house was exactly as advertised. 2nd, I can't believe how AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE the beds were. I looked forward to going to sleep ea night. the neighborhood was lovely, safe & quiet. The house was clean and had all the amenities. There is a nice outdoor deck but we didn't have time to enjoy with busy schedule. the house is close to everything & You have to visit Pittsord Village on ur visit- shops, Pittsford Farms Ice cream and Erie Canal boat rides are a gem in the area!

Great family trip

The Autumn Maple house was great! The kids loved the spa shower. We had easy and quick access to all the local places we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed including a grill and plenty of space! Our host was responsive and wonderful. Thanks for a great stay in Henrietta!
