The room had black mold. Water was dripping from the a/c on the floor and walls. The floor was wet and damaged. I contacted the owner for a new room and they refused to reimburse me or get a new room. His response was to contact front desk to fix and if I want a new room it was on me! Absolutely terrible experience and would never rent from again. I personally own rentals and would never have a tenant stay in a room with mold for any reason or liability. I have pictures to show the mold and where the maintenance was trying to clean. I want reimbursed for my new accommodation. This is my first experience with VRBO and not a good one! I would like a prompt response in this matter. Thank You!
