EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
The apartment is divided into 02 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms, view of the grounds, is on the 6th floor and 5 minutes from the beach.
Lock with key, 02 double beds, bed linen and bath, air conditioning, TV, fan, blackout curtain, iron, hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, sofa, full kitchen, hygienic shower, hot water gas.
There is 1 parking space for your accommodation.
We lend 1 portable cot and also for your car and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before or withdraw in our store.
Every 7 days we exchange bed linen and bath, request 1 day before.
In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, opposite the beach and with transport options and shops. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!
CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT
Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM.
If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!
On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them.
Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are left until their arrival, we will reinforce the request for photo documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of LGPD.
Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.
If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!

The neighborhood works 24h and is very charming!
You will stay a few meters from one of the most famous beaches in the world, several shops around: pharmacies, markets, shops, free market, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway.
From the airports to here is about 20 min from SDU and 50 min from GIG.
In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need of a common neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.
Tips:
In the edge everything is more expensive than in the streets inside.
