To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:



Early check-in available from 9:30 am subject to availability.



The reception is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if desired, you can leave your bags at our agency.



No noise is allowed after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).



The lessee must provide a list with full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list cannot enter the building.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bath towels.



When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in is from 3 pm and check-out before 11 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bedding and towel exchange services can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.



All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.



To use the garage, it is necessary to inform the vehicle's model, color, and license plate.
