Enjoy the ocean and mountain views from a hammock in our quiet, country setting. Take a refreshing dip in our salt-water pool. Nestled in the coastal mountains, just 5 minutes from Rincon's famous beaches, our vacation home offers quiet repose for city weary travelers. Three bedrooms with tropical ceiling fans and three full bathrooms can accommodate up to six people. Open-air design with views from every door and window. Atop a private hill on two acres of land, our vacation home enjoys refreshing breezes and plenty of shade to relax in after a day on the beach or in the pool. Air conditioning in each bedroom! Enjoy!

This was our third time at Billy and Maria’s place and I’m sure we’ll be back many times to come. For us it’s the perfect combination of close enough to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. It’s also the kind of place where you can just lounge around the house all day without feeling like you’re missing out on anything.
The chaise lounge on the deck on the far side of the pool is the perfect place to read in the morning. When the sun gets too intense you just hop in the pool.
The kitchen is really well appointed. It’s not a top-tier chef situation, but all the tools are there - including something I’ve never seen in a vacation rental: KNIFE SHARPENERS.

We had a great visit to Rincon. Coming back to the house was lovely and relaxing after a day of adventures. Beds were all comfortable and sheets were soft for sleeping. Relaxing by the pool was perfect. We can’t wait to return.

I can't say enough about this magical place, except that it lives up to the gorgeous photos and endless 5 star reviews. The home is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. And if it doesn't, the charming hosts will get it for you in a heartbeat! Anna was professional, accommodating, kind and delightful in every way. She offered suggestions and support for local activities, brought us fruits from the property and was super protective of our privacy. We can't wait to go back!

Pool, patio, privacy, and pastoral views

Beautiful spacious well-equipped home with expansive outdoor space, large pool, and beautiful sunset/sea views. Comfortable beds. A/C in bedrooms only which was fine given the temperate weather and the fact that we 'lived' outdoors. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rincon. Only complaint was being woken up at 5 am by the very vocal king bird who nests in the tree outside the master bedroom window - small price to pay for the company of these and other beautiful songbirds during the day.

Wonderful Place

The property was beautiful with gorgeous panoramic views. The sunsets were just as beautiful as the property. In the warm tropical weather a pool was welcomed - this one was kept clean and clear. The property was quiet, except for the sounds of birds and nature. The owners provided wonderful amenities. Billy and Maria were friendly and nearby for questions and concerns. We will definitely be back!

Rincon views

We had a great time at this property beautiful views over the valley and out to the ocean. It was easy to access many beaches with a car and the home has a lovely pool. Owner resides in apartment below the property and was very respectful of our privacy and very responsive to the issue we had with one of the AC units, it was fixed the next day. We will definitely return to Rincon again.

Beautiful setting in Rincon PR.

This vrbo has it all. Gorgeous setting, mountains, farm land and cattle and the caribbean sea and sunsets every night. Not to mention the pool and well maintained house and functional kitchen. Billy helped with a few questions we had. The water pressure and hot water was a challenge but we did manage to figure it out. Short ride to town, all in all a wonderful vacation. Hope to return.

Hilltop paradise

Rincon, PR is a beautiful mountainous area overlooking the ocean. Walking into this property is a real treat. This three bedroom home is open and airy. Overlooking farms and the sea. The pool is stunning and we used it every day. Our host, Billy, could not have been more welcoming! We really enjoyed our week here. During the day we would venture out to tour the area and find interesting places to eat. Billy made some great recommendations. At the end of the day we would come “home” some of the most beautiful sunsets. It rained a couple of days - which didn’t dampen our enthusiasm at all as we still ventured out. We highly recommend this property!

A Gem!

This is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay - spotlessly clean, very well equipped (fan, towels, beach chairs, pegs and line for drying clothes to name but a few helpful items), very comfortable and with the most beautiful views. The swimming pool is lovely. The three bedrooms have good air conditioning which is great. Billy and Maria are excellent hosts who live in a lower apartment on the property. They are responsive to any questions and concerns but also offer privacy and quiet to their guests. We highly recommend this house and would love to return one day. Thank you Billy and Maria.

Paradise in Rincon

Where to start. We were looking for a quiet, private place with no neighbors, but close to everything...and we found it. Maria and her husband were excellent hosts, although they live on the property, their house is separate and completely private. The best part of the house is the pool area with its spectacular view. We spent our days among birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, flowers and fruit trees. What a paradise! The sunsets are spectacular. The starry skies at night is something I will never forget. The house is close to everything, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and more. We will definitely come back!

Amazing find.

Let me start off by saying the pictures do not do this place justice. The house was absolutley amazing. Spectacular views from the property, the pool was amazing we woke up with a do in it every morning and right before bed. Very spacious way more then we needed. The host Billy and Maria were very welcoming. They brought us mangos grown on the property and helped us find some amazing restaurants. Location was fabulous close to the beaches but not too close for the amazing privacy. Thank you all for having us we will be back.

Exceeded expectations

We were originally planning to stay closer to the beach but a friend said the added distance and price to stay here would be worth it and he was right. The view and pool are amazing. Billy and Maria were friendly and welcoming. We ate mangos right of the tree. My kids chased lizards. We came during a record high heat and the AC is only in the bedrooms so the middle of the house was warm but nothing a dip in the pool or mid day siesta couldn't fix. Internet signal was strong of that's a concern. They ask that you not flush paper to the septic which was an adjustment for our kids but we learned to use the bidet. Overall the property is great and we plan to stay again.

Wonderful Home
