    Welcome to Casa Grande, your ultimate Rincón getaway—a spacious three-level coastal retreat designed for families and groups seeking comfort, style, and the best location in this iconic surf town. With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a private pool, ocean-air terraces, and walking access to restaurants, bars, and the famous Tamboo Beachfront Bar & Grill, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and island adventure.



    🚨 IMPORTANT NOTE:



    Please note that a neighboring property is currently undergoing construction to install a privacy wall. This project is not related to our home and does not affect the property or its amenities. However, there may be occasional daytime noise during working hours, approximately between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

    Casa Grande is located in one of the best areas of Rincón, known for its surf culture, vibrant food scene, and stunning beaches. You’re just a short walk from:

    - Bars—including the iconic Tamboo Beachfront Bar & Grill

    - Everything you need for the perfect Rincón experience is right at your doorstep.





    GETTING AROUND & PARKING



    Renting a car is a must when staying in Rincón. There are many activities within 15-30 minutes of driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate.



    The villa has room for up to five (5) vehicles.





    LOCATION



    There are many things to do in Rincón, Puerto Rico. This part of the island is best known as "The town of beautiful sunsets." Staying at Rincón you will enjoy a  laid-back atmosphere, delicious restaurants, and great surfing beaches.



    Here are some of our favorite things to do:



    Explore the large selection of local restaurants. Some of our favorites include The English Rose, La Cambija, Carta Buena, Kaplash, El Tamboo Beside the Point, The Beach House, and La Copa Llena. Check out a new restaurant called La Serina, a great Tiki bar and sushi bar located downtown. 

    Relax at your personal grand terrace and private pool, or just a short walk away from Sandy Beach. The apartment includes beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers.

    Enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner at La Copa Llena.

    Visit the local beaches like Steps, Maria's Beach, Sandy Beach, Domes Beach, and Corcega.

    Take a picture of the beautiful "El Faro Lighthouse" at Punta Higuero.

    Watch an afternoon sunset at Sandy Beach or Marías Beach and stop for a drink at the Calypso Bar which is right by the beach. or The Beach House.

    Take a paddle-board tour with the folks at Rincon Paddle Boards. Guests can rent surfing boars at The Beach House.



    Other Things to Note:

    STARTER AMENITIES



    At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



    All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



    We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



    - 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

    - 3 garbage bags

    - 1 roll of paper towels

    - 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

    - 1 dish soap

    - 1 dish sponge

    - A small amount of laundry detergent



    Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



    Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





    HOUSE RULES



    RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



    NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



    NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



    QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



    UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 14 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



    OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



    TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



    TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



    SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



    Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



    If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



    If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



    Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





    TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



    We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



    Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

The location and property are beautiful, however the property could be cared for better. I had to get the host to get someone to come and clean the grill because it looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. I also had to reach out because the pool was not clean on our first morning there. This caused us to not be able to use the pool in 24 hrs. The property is spacious and many comfortable rooms but what ypu don't see in the pictures is the fact that the toilets have seats that move and toilets that feel as if they are coming off. When we used the second floor common space there were toys and garbage between the couch cushions. The common bathroom on the second floor was out of order which I was not made aware of. This required our guests to go up to the third or first floor. The house should also have a larger sign for its location. You will miss it because it is on a high hill which has no number on the road and the house name sign a 5x7 paper on a fence that doesn't even look like I ke it belongs to the property. It does have great air conditioning throughout all 3 floors.
