  • Tu campamento base te espera en esta fantástica y recientemente renovada casa de Ridgway. Planee la escapada perfecta en cualquier época del año con acceso ilimitado al aire libre. Ubicado en el campo de golf Divide Ranch and Club, disfrute de las inigualables vistas de la montaña de San Juan al hacer clic en los enlaces en el verano, o esquíe a campo traviesa en el invierno. Esta casa también se encuentra a solo 35 millas del esquí de clase mundial en Telluride, a 15 millas de Ouray, la Suiza de América y la increíble pesca cerca del embalse de Ridgway.

    Tendrás un montón de espacio para tu grupo con tres dormitorios y 2. 5 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite y una cama king size. Disfruta de la vida silvestre mientras tomas tu café de la mañana en la terraza de tu dormitorio principal. Las dos habitaciones restantes tienen camas queen size. The house was perfect. The location was great. It had great views and the wildlife was the icing on the cake. Shannon was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was just fine - clean, quiet property in beautiful surroundings. We were able to visit many places of interest - Montrose/Gunnison, Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, etc.

Sisters Getaway

The townhouse was perfect for us and our pups!!! It was quiet and relaxing. Great location to Ouray & Telluride. Shannon communicated well and answered all of our questions. We had a really good time.

The property was well maintained and cared for. Shannon was very responsive to all of our inquiries. I would highly recommend this property if you play golf, love the mountains and wildlife, and enjoy solitude and quietness.

Stay at Divide Ranch

Despite the property being nearly 30 years old, it was very clean with a well-furnished kitchen. It is professionally managed and we enjoyed our 8-day stay. The location is great for hiking in Ouray, Telluride and Ridgway.

Great Location!

We made the right choice with this townhome! The home was great and our dog was welcome! We loved the layout of the home. We came home one evening to find deer standing at the living room window, looking in at us! We had a great time!

Returning Customers!

We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we had to come back again! This condo has everything that we needed as a family traveling in for our spring skiing. It’s spacious and well stocked. Shannon, the property manager is easy and professionally prompt with her communication. We will definitely be back again.

Great Winter Property

We had a wonderful stay with our teens for skiing. Shannon, the property manager, was outstanding! She was very responsive to our requests and questions before and afterwards. The property was very well supplied and spacious. It even had an airfryer which we used to make fries! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Neighborhood

Be aware that the golf course doesn't allow leashed dogs on the sidewalk during business hours. We did not know this on the first day and got yelled at by the golf course owner. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Loghill Village

Shannon, the property manager, was amazing to work with. We were notified on our way to the house that there would be construction/painting occurring during our stay. She was very accommodating and paid for one of our meals while out and gave us a small discount as there was more noise and commotion than we planned for. The only thing we would recommend is new furniture in the living room. The couches were very uncomfortable, so if you have a party greater than 2 it makes hanging out in the living room more difficult. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated all that Shannon did for us. The owners of the property are very lucky to have her managing things .

Nice and as advertised. Our group was surprised, when opening the door to the unit at 5:30(after 4:00PM check-in time ) to literally run into the owners inside the unit. Although, they did not introduce themselves, we determined they were the owners after one of them showed us how to empty the dehumidifier and we subsequently googled the owners and located a picture. One of the elevators was not working but we were grateful for the 2nd elevator that was slow due to doing double duty but worked! Building staff were very nice and all good otherwise.

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it's between Telluride and Ouray. Her main interest was to hike the Blue lake trail which we did on our last day. Everybody was very impressed with this trail and the lake was gorgeous. A few notes on the property. The beds in the smaller rooms need to be replaced, the door needs to be fixed to the bedroom over the garage and the couch in the living room is not very comfortable. Other than those things we are impressed with the townhome.
