Fantastic Townhouse on Golf Course in Ridgway

Your base camp awaits in this fantastic, recently updated Ridgway home. Plan the perfect getaway any time of year with unlimited access to the outdoors. Located on the Divide Ranch and Club golf course, enjoy the unmatched San Juan Mountain views as you hit the links in the summer, or cross country ski the course in the winter. This home is also located just 35 miles from world class skiing in Telluride, 15 miles from Ouray, the Switzerland of America and incredible fishing near Ridgway Reservoir.

You'll have plenty of space for your goup with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a king size bed. Take in the wildlife as you sip your morning coffee from your master bedroom deck. The two remaining bedrooms have queen sized beds. The home has a full kitchen complete with oven/range, microwave, full refrigerator and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are also available.

Beautiful Neighborhood

Be aware that the golf course doesn't allow leashed dogs on the sidewalk during business hours. We did not know this on the first day and got yelled at by the golf course owner. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Sisters Getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much the first time that we had to come back again! This condo has everything that we needed as a family traveling in for our spring skiing. It’s spacious and well stocked. Shannon, the property manager is easy and professionally prompt with her communication. We will definitely be back again.

Great Winter Property

We had a wonderful stay with our teens for skiing. Shannon, the property manager, was outstanding! She was very responsive to our requests and questions before and afterwards. The property was very well supplied and spacious. It even had an airfryer which we used to make fries! We will definitely be back!

Great Location!

We made the right choice with this townhome! The home was great and our dog was welcome! We loved the layout of the home. We came home one evening to find deer standing at the living room window, looking in at us! We had a great time!

Stay at Divide Ranch

Despite the property being nearly 30 years old, it was very clean with a well-furnished kitchen. It is professionally managed and we enjoyed our 8-day stay. The location is great for hiking in Ouray, Telluride and Ridgway.

Loghill Village

Shannon, the property manager, was amazing to work with. We were notified on our way to the house that there would be construction/painting occurring during our stay. She was very accommodating and paid for one of our meals while out and gave us a small discount as there was more noise and commotion than we planned for. The only thing we would recommend is new furniture in the living room. The couches were very uncomfortable, so if you have a party greater than 2 it makes hanging out in the living room more difficult. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated all that Shannon did for us. The owners of the property are very lucky to have her managing things .

Nice and as advertised. Our group was surprised, when opening the door to the unit at 5:30(after 4:00PM check-in time ) to literally run into the owners inside the unit. Although, they did not introduce themselves, we determined they were the owners after one of them showed us how to empty the dehumidifier and we subsequently googled the owners and located a picture. One of the elevators was not working but we were grateful for the 2nd elevator that was slow due to doing double duty but worked! Building staff were very nice and all good otherwise.
