Wilderness Club™ at Big Cedar® - Studio

This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.


TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND RELAX!

Wilderness Club at Big Cedar offers the ultimate family-friendly retreat leaving the impression of rustic elegance and ideal extended family vacations! There, you can enjoy the unique charms of the resort's wilderness lodge architecture and its beautiful natural scenery.

Approximately 450 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey state of the art studio features 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchenette, bathroom and laundry is in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Wilderness Club at Big Cedar we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Fun for the Whole Family

Great view from our room! Big Cedar offered a wide range of activities for everyone in our family. The Christmas display was beautiful! Great communication with the host. Can’t wait to stay again!

Love Big Cedar!

It is great to have a less expensive option for a trip to BIg Cedar. Highly recommend visiting during the Holidays. The lights are an over the top experience. The only issue with the Wilderness Club is it is getting a little run down. Our bathroom had some rotten wood in the corner which needs to be fixed. We would return but would prefer a different unit.

Everything was great except the entire area was overrun with skunks. They came out in groves at dusk. Wasn't able to walk anywhere after dark. Good thing they shuttle bus's we're running !! This was our 1st trip there using VRBO. For the filter reservations - at the time of making the reservation can I request a specific building # and a specific floor to stay on ?

Rainy Weather, But Still Enjoyable

The Wilderness Club seems to be one of the older Big Cedar properties. We did notice peeling paint in the outside walkways and the area outside our patio was a mud pit, but the room was clean and nice. We especially liked the pool and kayaking near the marina.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

It was lovely. One criticism, the owners should get a new coffee pot, preferably a Keriug coffee took forever to brew and was not hot. Otherwise, it was wonderful. Just what I needed this Thanksgiving.
