Kingsgate Lakehouse | Hot Tub & Private Dock

  • Unwind in the year-round hot tub and gather with family and friends at Kingsgate Lakehouse, a historic lakefront retreat in Delta, Ontario. Enjoy a relaxed autumn or winter getaway with spacious living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen for meals together.

    The main house and guesthouse sleep up to 16 guests across six queen beds and two queen-size pull-out sofa beds, with two people sharing each bed. The property also features a private dock, kayaks, canoe, paddleboat and fire pit for enjoying the outdoors when conditions allow.

    Planning a longer stay, renovation or relocation? Send us your dates and guest count for an extended-stay quote for selected autumn and winter dates. Christmas and New Year’s are excluded from these extended-stay offers.

    The guesthouse is included for groups of 11 or more. Smaller groups may request it for an additional fee. The base nightly rate includes six guests, with a charge of $35 per night for each additional guest.

    Dogs are welcome with a one-time $50 pet fee. The yard is not fenced, and pets must be kept off furniture and beds.

    Swimming is available from the end of the private dock, with a ladder for easy water access. As with many natural lakes, some aquatic weeds may be present near the shoreline.

    The property uses filtered lake water. For the best taste and quality, please use the water cooler for drinking, cooking, coffee, tea and ice.

Wonderful place for our 9-person family get together. This was our second stay at Kingsgate. Well stocked with kitchen, towels, linens. Dried Herbs and Spices available in a slide-out shelf by the stove. Spacious. We made good use of the 2 kayaks daily to paddle in the beautiful lake. Great variety of birds to view including 2 beautiful swans and a pair of loons. High capacity washer and dryer worked well. The owner was extremely responsive when it came to replacing an empty propane tank, and had arranged for a backup hot tub when the original was not working.

Delta Girls Getaway

Delta is a small town in the middle of some interesting history (Delta Mill) and other small towns. We enjoyed the area and what itnhad to offer. This property is big and has all that you need to relax.

Beautiful house, cute little town.

Beautiful house full of character. It has every possible kitchen amenity that you might want to use. Super area, quiet, quaint shops, close to Gananoque and Kingston. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely Getaway

Very clean, well maintained property, responsive owner. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful view of water. Cute, quiet village. Perfect spot for a family reunion - everyone loved it!

A week of fellowship and painting

It was clean, well-equipped, modern enough to be comfortable, quaint enough to be interesting. We enjoyed the charming property and the historic village in which it is located. Very enjoyable week. We hope to return next year.

Hidden Gem

This is lovely hidden gem in the historic little town of Delta! The house that was built in the 1800s has everything you need for weekend getaway or longer. We enjoyed the sunrise over the lake and having coffee on the porch in the mornings! Definitely would not hesitate to come back!

40th birthday weekend

This was my second time staying at Kingsgate and I was not disappointed! The hot tub and fire pit have both been upgraded since my last stay which was fabulous! Such a quaint home and little town. The views will make you not want to leave!

Beautiful home in a lovely, quaint town

We held a reunion of friends here. The home was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the big modern kitchen, the hot tub, and the nice bedrooms. We also enjoyed our walk around town and short hike through a nearby nature park.

We had a great couple of days at this beautiful heritage home. Although we had grey, foggy weather, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Michael was a very helpful host.

Relaxing and peaceful

Great space and amenities! The kids fished off the dock and lots of space to spread out. Grocery store and LCBO litterally around the corner which makes it super convenient.

What a Gem!

Group of 45+ ladies enjoyed a weekend of crafting in Delta-adorable little town with friendly people and everything close by. Gorgeous 1837 home was historically charming. You can tell a lot of work has gone into this home and I imagine it’s only going to get better from here!

A very nice place

This is a lovely place in a lovely part of the Province. We had a very nice time and could tell Micheal took the responsibilities of all the aspects of upkeep and presentation quite seriously. Thank you!

This was a lovely property!! Fully equipped and ideally located near amenities and lakefront.

Our annual reunion is held in different locations and this, by far, exceeded our expectations! The lake house is charming, full of character and in a lovely small town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you Michael!

Beautiful home

Our weekend was perfect..the old farm house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Westport, with lots of shops and restaurants. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a quiet weekend away.. Thank you Michael for opening your home to us, we had a wonderful time. Sherry
