The top floor (1250 sq ft) apartment offers the convenience of in-house washer and dryer, gas stove, a barbecue grill in your own private backyard, wireless wi-fi, and more.
Located in Downtown Point Richmond where you will find more than a dozen eclectic local restaurants within two blocks, and within short walking distance hiking and biking trails, Keller Beach, the shoreline Miller Knox Park, Nicholl Knob for a panoramic view of Bay Area, shops, Masquers Playhouse Theater, local bars, Richmond Plunge, and more.

The unit is the upper level of an older duplex. It is close to the freeway so the front gets traffic noise, but the back is quiet. The host was very responsive to a maintenance problem and allowed the stay to be extended by a day.

Right from before check in Fassil was very detailed and welcoming ensuring if I needed anything before I get to the property. While there she ensured my comfort was priority. If anything needed to be repaired or checked she was on top of it even before I had noticed. She was very communicative with what was going on and who would come to the property for repairs. Now to the property itself. The property is very comforting and calmness to it. It felt like home. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. There is a dinner table in the living room and the kitchen. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. No issues with wifi or TV. I love this property and I thank Fassil for her hospitality and her wonderful communication skills.
