Welcome to RVA Hideaway!

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, & kitchenette. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a pull-out couch in the living room.

Comfortable bedroom with queen-size bed and modern bathroom stocked with fresh towels & essential toiletries. Access to shared laundry room equip with washer/dryer/detergent.

Enjoy the weather, barbeque on the back porch with the privacy of a fenced in backyard.

Ample on-site parking. U of R, Willow Lawn, Carytown, the Fan, I-64, I-95 & more all within 10 minutes.

Guests will be able to enter directly through the front door using a passcode (last 4 digits of guests phone number).

**Please keep in mind there is a set of stairs to go down to access the apartment. The stairs are well lit and have hand railings. If you don't feel comfortable navigating stairs this may not be a suitable stay for you**

A great experience

This property is clean, safe and extremely comfortable. Everything was as described. I really enjoyed the large screen television, and the convenience of having a washer and dryer really helped me out.

UR Move In Day

This property was the perfect place to stay when we dropped our daughter off at the University of Richmond. Close to campus, clean, and well equipped for our short stay. We have booked this property for our Family Weekend visit as well. Thank you for helping us make our daughter's transition to college a wonderful experience.

5-Star Stay near the University of Richmond

We had a great weekend stay here. It is in a good, safe location, and was just a quick 10 minute Uber ride to Scott's Addition/the rest of downtown Richmond. Very clean and smart for a couple or small group!

Great basement apartment

The apartment is great, particularly for 1-2 guests. It's been recently updated with nice finishes, is roomy, and comfortable. Washer/dryer access is a really nice touch. The hosts go out of their way to make the check-in process seamless, and leave plenty of written instructions on how things work.

Lovely clean space with lots of amenities

Very spacious, well organized space. Check in was easy. Would recommend adding wine opener to the kitchen supplies. (We had to get creative 😂)
