"Room was not clean, the couch had stains on it, the lamp shade was gross with huge yellow stains on it, the room had a smell and it just felt dirty all together. The temperature in the room was very warm despite us keeping the curtains closed to maintain coolness and the thermostat never adjusted ..."

"A/C unit bairly worked. Asked for a new room but it was the same, very old, hardly blowing window A/C. Had purchased a fan at a local store to stay cool at night. We found dried blood on the sheets. Staff was kind and mostly helpful."
