Centrally located in the village, yet quiet, the holiday apartment, which was renovated in 2019, is located on the mezzanine floor of the owner's house and extends over the entire half of the house. Shops, bakeries, an ice cream parlour and restaurant as well as the Kleine Zechliner See (also called Schwarzer See) are in the immediate vicinity, a beautiful swimming area on the Großer Zechliner See is approx. 2 km away.

The approx. 70 square metre, very tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment for up to 3 people is equipped with a large living room (sofa bed - extra bed, flat screen TV), a bedroom (double bed, large wardrobe, reading corner), modern kitchen (electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a spacious bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer), a hallway with dining area and underfloor heating.

You can use a guest garden (access from outside via a small staircase) with a furnished terrace, two sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The following are also available free of charge: WLAN, carport to park your car or bicycles, two ladies' bicycles free of charge and two ladies' e-bikes for 8 EUR/day each.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised resort of Flecken Zechlin, a district of the town of Rheinsberg, is picturesquely situated on the Black Lake, which is connected via a canal to the Great Zechlin Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the region. A beautiful bathing area is approx. 2 km from the town centre. The wooded and lake-rich surroundings on the edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District and in the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park have always been a popular excursion destination and offer numerous opportunities for an active holiday. The area is particularly attractive for water hikers, as the many bodies of water in the region are all interconnected. Cyclists and hikers can also enjoy an excursion in the undisturbed and tranquil nature of the region, and there are various catering establishments (including a fishing lodge), shopping facilities and boat and bicycle hire. The town of Rheinsberg with its famous castle, an old town worth seeing, passenger boat trips and other shopping facilities is approx. 13 km away.
