The Space:

This lovely central two bedroom apartment is located in small house on the ground floor. It accommodates 5 people, using the sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for a family.

The apartment features fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, toaster and kettle.

The main bedroom is furnished with a comfy double bed and the second room with a single bed. Free WIFI and smart TV.

The Neighborhood:

This apartment is located in the older part of Downtown Reykjavik. It is very close to museums, such as the Saga museum and the Northern Lights Centre, and lower priced grocery stores.

In 5-10 min walking distance you'll find bakeries, bars and restaurants, such as the Grandi Food hall, an asian tapas place and an Italian restaurant. Downtown Reykjavik, where you'll find the main shopping street and endless variety of restaurants, bars and activities, is in 10-20 min walking distance and you'll find a public swimming pool in 15 min. walking distance. Visiting the swimming pools is a great part of the Icelandic culture and Vesturbæjarlaug includes: outdoor geothermal swimming pools, a steam room, sauna & hot tubs.

The apartment is located nearby the sea, so we recommend a sculpture & shore walk.



Getting Around:

Bus stop #15 - Vesturbugt is in 6 min walking distance, a pick-up/drop-off location for airport transfer and tours. There is free street parking by the house.
