    Villa Georgia is located in Gerani, Crete. This detached vacation
    rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 6
    people with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with

    The villa features an open-plan lounge with an adjoining kitchen and
    dining area, with patio doors leading out to a shaded pool terrace. On
    the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a
    family bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys a full en-suite
    bathroom and patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool
    and gardens, with sea views. The property is fully air-conditioned.

We had a lovely stay. The property was great, super clean and well maintained. Pool and garden were lovely. The walk to the village was about 10 minutes but hilly, couple of lovely restaurants and small supermarkets there. To get to bigger supermarkets and beaches you would ideally need a car (although local taxi guy very reliable).

Au top !

Agréable séjour en Crête à la Villa Georgia, qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Villa très bien située dans ce très beau pays où l’accueil est chaleureux où la vue est magnifique. Merci de l’attention des femmes de ménage et du pisciniste portée à notre égard, ainsi que des petits cadeaux à notre arrivée. Adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Die Villa super, Umgebung ok.

Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, zu Fuß ist nichts erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Die Villa ist sauber, Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

The villa is well located - lovely garden pool and terrace. The outside furniture was excellent. We found the amenities in Gerani village to be very good and it was easy to travel by car to do some sightseeing. We had a very restful holiday. The maid service was excellent and the ladies who provided it were lovely. It was an unexpected pleasure to get a welcome cake and 2 very tasty traditional greek meals from the vila owner. Aside from the box above the villa was attractive and well maintained.

Villa Georgia

Villa was perfect… clean and excellent facilities as described on website. Well located for visiting many attractions though local beach is not really in walking distance and is not the best beach! On arrival we were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and helpful. There were basic supplies… bread, milk, ham, cheese etc. left for us and the housekeepers usually left a small gift for us after their visit e.g local bread etc. The pool and outside areas were well maintained. A great place to stay!!

Excellent house and location

this is a beautiful house, all the equipment in mint condition, A/C perfectly efficient, very nice pool and garden. communication with owners was pleasant and quick and easy, they were extra careful with our well being. the village nearby, gerani, is lovely. i recommand you rent a car to enjoy all the region has to offer, but for people who absolutely can't drive: walking distance 10-15 minutes you have access to several grocery shops - restaurants - cafe and a small beach (no sand, it's rocks, you'll need shoes to go into the water). i absolutely recommand this house, would go back tomorrow if i could!

Sauber, ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet

Das Wichtigste zuerst: Es gibt auf Kreta mehr als einen Ort mit dem Namen Gerani! Unser Navi hat das leider verwechselt und uns zuerst auf einen falschen Weg geführt. Die Villa befindet sich bei dem Gerani in der Nähe von Rethymno. Im Dorf Gerani gibt es einige gute griechische Tavernen, eine Apotheke und zwei kleinere Supermärkte. Der Supermarkt, der näher zur Villa liegt, hat nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl. 100 m weiter ist ein zweiter Supermarkt mit deutlich mehr Auswahl. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb von Gerani, ca 300 m hinter dem Dorf. Sie ist in einem guten Zustand, gut ausgestattet und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieter haben uns einen Kuchen zur Begrüßung hingestellt, was ganz hervorragend war, da wir spät abends anreisten und kaum Lebensmittel dabei hatten. Auch Zwischendurch gab es noch einmal eine kulinarische Überraschung, etwas mit Huhn, das konnten leider nicht alle essen, weil die Hälfte von uns Vegetarier sind, trotzdem vielen Dank! Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Einige Türen müssten mal geölt werden. Und es gab nur einen Schlüssel für das Haus und das elektrische Tor an der Einfahrt. Da wir mit zwei Autos da waren und manchmal unabhängig voneinander Ausflüge gemacht haben, wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel praktischer gewesen. Der Pool ist nicht geheizt, war im Oktober schon kühler als das Meer. Hier wäre z.B. eine Solarabdeckung, die tagsüber heizt und nachts die Wärme hält, hilfreich gewesen. Kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, wir haben trotzdem drin gebadet. Insgesamt sind wir mit der Unterbringung und dem Service sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Fantastic villa, really relaxed atmosphere with lovely views out to the coast.

Really easy process from start to finish. The owners couldn't do too much to help including leaving us a lovely cake om arrival and a meal mid-week. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Pool and gardens spotlessly clean and lots of wildlife.

Amazing villa with a beautiful garden and pool. In a very cute village near the sea, with plenty of small restaurants and some small supermarkets. Only 10 minutes away from Rethymno. Arrival was great with a stocked fridge, nice food as a welcome gift. Just perfect!

A fantastic holiday enjoyed by all the family. The housekeepers/owners were really lovely and on arrival they had provided us with a very generous food supply that was most appreciated. They were extremely helpful especially when the whole village water was off for a few hours one day. They immediately provided us with a huge supply of bottled water. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much. Peter

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have had fun in the pool. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. Weve enjoyed the bbq too. The homemade cake & meals were so lovely & thoughtful & very much appreciated. The location has been great for getting about once we figured out how to avoid the village. We will leave feeling refreshed & relaxed & grateful for our time here. We will definitely recommend to friends & family & come again!

My wife and I have been staying at Villa Georgia or Villa Mary almost every year since 2011 and have really enjoyed every holiday. The Villas, swimming pools and gardens are maintained to a high standard and are in a perfect position in the village of Gerani with outstanding views. The owners , Efi and Manolis are always there to welcome you on arrival and there is always an orange cake and raki waiting you, a real treat. The Villas are kept selflessly clean by the cleaners, who visit twice a week, bringing local dishes with them for you to try which are delicious and much appreciated. I would score these villas 10 out of 10 and hope to visit again next year.
