In the Old Town, by the harbour: the house stands in an alley on Fisherman Street, about 100 m from the Venetian harbour. Cafes and a supermarket are about 230 m away, the sights about 400 m, and shops, taverns, restaurants and patisseries are a short walk from the door.

A 150-year-old house, renovated: built around 150 years ago, it once belonged to fishermen, like many homes in this area. The restored old furniture, the old sink and a 1960s Ice Box fridge sit alongside modern comforts.

The space: 70 m² over two floors, for up to 4 guests.
- Lower floor: one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen.
- Upper floor: the second bedroom with two single beds and its ensuite bathroom.
In total: 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds and 2 bathrooms.

Practical points: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a laptop-friendly workspace, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and hair dryer. Self check-in on arrival. Breakfast is offered at the residence or at Ink Hotels at an additional charge. Free street parking is available nearby.

The entire house is yours, through its own private entrance: both floors, the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the kitchen and the two balconies.

The kitchen has an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker, with cooking basics, utensils and wine glasses. Bed linen, towels, extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron with ironing board, a washing machine and a drying rack are provided.

Check-in is self-service, between 16:00 and 23:00; please let us know your arrival time in advance. Nobody lives on site, but we are available by message or call throughout your stay, and how much contact we have is up to you.

The house is in the Old Town of Rethymno, in an alley about 100 m from the Venetian harbour. This is a central, lively part of town: the shopping streets, taverns, restaurants, cafes and patisseries are all a short walk away.

The nearest beach is about 1.3 km away and a doctor about 1.8 km.

Parking: free street parking is available nearby.

- The house is on two floors, with one bedroom and one bathroom on each. There is no elevator.
- Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
- Quiet hours are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00. The Old Town is a residential area and sound carries in its narrow lanes.
- No smoking indoors. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed.
- Maximum 4 guests. Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted.
- A valid ID or passport is required for every guest, as required by Greek law.
- This is a house, not a hotel: nobody lives on site.
- Free street parking is available nearby. Breakfast is optional and charged separately.
- The nearest beach is about 1.3 km away.
