Joel is a wonderful, holiday home situated in the beautiful city of Rethymno. The house is stands on a privileged location and it is a great choice for families, as well as couples, who want to explore Crete. The location offers easy access to the beach and necessary shops, since the sandy beach of Rethymno, with super markets, cafes and restaurants is an engaging stroll of 5 minutes.

Joel House is a two storey, stylishly designed house of 100 sq. m , with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 people, who seek a relaxing and contemporary holiday, combined with all the modern comforts!

On the first level of this lovely accommodation guests will find a comfortable living room, an elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen open up to a big furnished balcony. A bathroom with shower also exists on this level. Joel House is equipped with all the modern comforts of home, including satellite television, fully air conditioned and complimentary wi-fi internet access, to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful staircase leads to lower floor, where guests can access all the three bedrooms, two of them features double beds and one with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom offers three single beds and a comfortable sofa. All bedrooms have direct access to big veranda equipped with patio furniture. The whole house is modernly and freshly decorated, giving off a light summer feeling!

Wonderful apartment in a 5 storey house.The location is not easy to find without a navagation system. A short walk brings you to beautiful sandy beaches.No beach articles like umbrellas are provided in the apartment.The apartment is especially beautiful in the upstairs living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen features modern equipment for cooking and washing. The big TV has access to many online channels and streaming apps in multi language applications. It would be a help to have a starting kit for basic daily consumption like coffee, tea. The lower level bedrooms are relatively small. Air condition is where available effective and on a low noise level. It would be helpful to provide small light fixtures near the comfortable beds and not only one central ceiling light. The provision of basic shower gels and enough toilet paper would be an improvement. Also a towel change after one week should be standard.One matter for improvement would be better communication initiated by the owners. The correct address, the check in and check out procedures should be provided without being requested by the castomers.With a little effort the apartment is a really excellent place.

The check-in was easy, Eleni and Manolis were very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The big bedroom has a queen bed and a single instead of 3 single beds and a futon. It’s new so it was equipped with the basic stuff, but lacking a few key items (kitchen trash, garbage bags, toilet paper, oil, salt and pepper, etc. Also, most of the beds were a little too hard. Overall, it was very comfortable for our group of 7 people, we never felt crowded, the open space is wonderful for family time and the location is nice to be with locals, yet near the beach!

Olimme kaksi aikuisia ja 6 teini-ikäisiä lapsia. Autolla oli paikka ihan asunto oven eteen ja kävely rannalle ja keskustaan oli myös mahdollista.Aikuisilla oli oma huone, missä oma kylpyhuone, ja lapsilla oli 2 makuuhuoneita ja 2 kylpyhuoneita käytössä. Olohuoneessa oli iso sohva, missä teinit istuivat yöllä keskustelemaan illan tapahtumat .Asunto oli hienompi kuin kuvissa näkyy ja hyvin siivottu kun tulimme perille ja kaikki sujui hyvin.
