"Everything was pretty great."

"Great location...great view of fireworks from 4th floor"

"Very good customer service"

"Very welcoming staff and extremely accommodating. For the price point they offer it's an incredible hotel with great location and amenities. The only negative aspects of my stay (and they weren't even all that big) was a malfunctioning coffee machine and not having a restaurant on location (In case you're planning to go out to eat these might not impact you at all). Overall, I know where exactly I'm staying next time I visit Orlando. Great experience overall."

"The hotel is nice and nicely located when we checked in there was no one there however it was late at night, but we had to wait 25 minutes for someone to walk up to the desk and no one was answering the phone. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast and the Mickey waffles were nice. The TV only had basic cable channels, with no option to connect to Netflix or other streaming services. The towels were also a little too small and felt rough. One great thing was the shower—it had excellent water pressure, and there was...

"Muy buena ubicación y la localidad se encontraba en excelente condiciones."

"We only stayed for the night to go to universal but the property seemed clean and the front fest person was very nice. Breakfast was good. They kept refilling constantly. Very close to universal parks"
