The Cocoonr agency offers this charming duplex apartment for rent, located at the foot of the Visitation and the Jacobins convent, right in the heart of Rennes city centre. On the 3ᵉ floor (no lift) and with a surface area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It consists of a large main room, a fitted kitchen, 3 nice bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A dining area with a table for 6 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.

- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

First floor:

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Hairdryer, fan, washing machine, tumble dryer.

The area :

Located at the foot of the Visitation and its many shops, Place sainte Anne and the Jacobins convent, you'll have the privilege of staying close to the city's must-see places. Ideally located, you'll have a multitude of options for going out: café terraces, restaurants, the Opera, or the Theatre... You won't have time to get bored!

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Lices market, a veritable Rennes institution, where local producers and a host of food artisans are on hand every Saturday morning.

For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces ideal for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby public pay car parks.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Rennes train station, about 10 minutes by car (2.1 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 28 minutes by car (9.8 km)
- Located 100 m from Sainte-Anne metro station and 150 m from the Hoche car park.
- There are also bus routes within walking distance of the building.

Other remarks:
- The flat has very high speed fibre internet with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the flat.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or of arriving independently. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 170 meters from the accommodation, about a 2-minute walk.
