The open kitchen is a great base for the hobby cook. The kitchen is equipped well enough to not always have to eat out, but also to have the possibility to cook deliciously in your holiday home: a modern cooktop, a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. You can make your cup of coffee with the Senseo, and if you prefer a cup of tea, the kettle will have water boiled for you in no time.
The villa features three comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find the first bedroom with its own en‑suite bathroom, equipped with a lovely bathtub and sink — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. On the first floor are two more inviting bedrooms, both furnished with generous 160x200 cm double beds. One of these rooms is equipped with a TV, ideal for relaxing before bedtime. Each room includes closet space to store your luggage neatly during your stay.
In addition to the ground‑floor bathroom, a second bathroom with a shower and sink is located on the first floor. Separate toilets on both floors make the villa especially convenient for families or groups. With a washing machine and dryer available, you can easily freshen up your clothes during your stay — packing light has never been easier. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.Due to construction work at the park, we offer an additional discount. There may be limited inconvenience, mainly on working days. This is in the period up to and including June 2026 and from Sept to May 2027.
