A picture-perfect vacation rental! This well-maintained, comfortable country house offers a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. From its sunny south-facing slope, you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama of the Wilder Kaiser. The spacious 2- and 3-room apartments accommodate 2–6 people. The house features a game and table tennis room, as well as a sauna for relaxation. Adjacent to the house is a large lawn with a playground. Playground and sunbathing lawn right by the house. In case of bad weather, our sauna is available to you, and there’s a large playroom for your children. Magnificent view of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Cross-country ski trails and groomed winter hiking trails nearby. Free daily bus to the town center and various neighborhoods, with a connection to the Winklmoos-Alm.

The south-facing attic apartment (54 square meters) consists of a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV, a wooden table, and a sleeper sofa (140x200), two separate, cozy bedrooms with double beds (180x200/160x200), two closets, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The apartment is located on the second floor and features a furnished balcony with mountain views of the Unterberg, Wilder Kaiser, and Zahmer Kaiser. It is designed for a family with two children or for four people.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the requirements for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions for good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air through the use of natural heating and an extensive bus service.
