"I really like The Hampton Inn, but this one needs some serious help. It’s old and falling apart. We had to change rooms since the A/C in our room was clicking and the staff just said it needs to be replaced. The next room we moved to had a tub faucet that you had to crank really hard to get the water to shut off. It was clean, but just ready for an overhaul. "We’re absolutely thrilled with our stay! The property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind. Sadly, my son left his favorite stuffed animal behind, and the staff were so helpful in answering my calls and searching for it. We’re still keeping our fingers crossed that the stuffed animal is still around and that the cleaning crew didn’t accidentally dispose of it! 🙏"

"1st room AC didnt work. Got put in another next to a hotel residence partying n smoking outside their room. I'm cool with a party but when you want a night to sleep, not cool. Area is sketchy as well as the environment. Definitely not family friendly."

"The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room."

After the blanket replacement, I kept getting bug bites but the only thing that hotel management is saying - “we shouldn’t have “. It I have the proof all over my body but nothing else was processed afterwards,,, Feeling “not so welcoming to Extended Stay “. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?!? "
