Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
I’ve rented several VRBO properties over the last several years (including in this same building) - and I’m sorry to say this is the first one I cannot give a 5-star rating.Upon entering the unit, we took off our shoes and CRUNCH. The floor has not been swept or vacuumed judging by the huge pile we swept up from all areas of the apartment and the discarded candy wrappers found behind the bed and under the couch - then we looked at our feet…which were literally (not figuratively) black. We called the contact listed…who insisted they swept and mopped….which was clearly not the case (he said perhaps the vacuum had been broken) - in addition, the refrigerator was full of sand which he admitted was never cleaned) and the outdoor furniture was in disrepair (the dining chair seats were completely torn up with a hole ripped into each seat - making eating outside sketchy at best -the contact stated the chairs were broken by a previous tenant and he had not replaced them yet…the other outdoor furniture was usable but was unraveling and was on its last legs ) - it would have been nice if they had been replaced prior to our arrival or during our stay - Rehoboth has tons of places to purchase outdoor furniture.To his credit, after I showed him the photos of our feet, the floors, and the furniture, he came back and mopped and left a 100 gift card - a very nice gesture but I would have preferred a clean unit where we could enjoy the outdoor space more.
