Beautifully decorated, private studio guest apartment with a comfortable queen size bed. Located approx 2 miles from the white sands of Rehoboth Beach. You'll be perfectly situated and within walking distance to everything this great town has to offer: dining, shopping, state parks, bike trails and more. As long time locals we believe this to be one of the best locations at the beach. 55 inch smart TV.


No stove or oven. Adults only. No smoking.

Driveway parking for one vehicle unless another agreement is made in advance.

Peaceful location

We were there for a short visit and found great restaurants and shops - quick drive to the beach and boardwalk. All the amenities for a relaxing stay. The property is very clean and thoughtfully decorated.

Excellent Choice!

This rental was the perfect fit for a short getaway. The location is excellent with easy access to North route 1 Henlopen State Park (10 minutes) and South route 1 downtown Rehoboth (5 minutes) . The apartment is private, quiet and in a very pretty walkable neighborhood. Easy no contact access. VERY nicely decorated and exactly as listed. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

A SLICE OF HEAVEN

We wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's hidden gem of a place! Private yet close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment featured a huge closet with a full length mirror for dressing. The utensils and dinnerware were sparking and appeared to be brand new. The large TV could be easily viewed from the sofa as well as the bed. Remote for the AC. Tastefully decorated, cozy and clean as a whistle. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was SO comfortable which i appreciated because of a back injury. The bedding was luxurious and so soft against the skin. The pillows were also to my liking. Check in was a breeze and Jennifer was able to be reached very easily. Parking was great. It was a safe haven away from it all. Exactly what my husband and I needed. There was plenty of space for our little getaway. A+++ property and hostess. I look forward to going back soon.

Exactly as Described

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The property is clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighborhood just off the coastal highway and is close to the beach in Rehobeth and a short drive to Henlopen State Park which has a nice beach with plenty of parking close to the beach. Check in was easy and Jennifer answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The bed is comfortable, there is a refrigerator/freezer large enough to hold enough food for a week. The freezer is also large enough to hold a bag of ice and a couple of half gallons of ice cream. A toaster oven and microwave are also included along with two coffee makers. Once the stove top is operational, you will have all you need to make any of your meals. A very nice property for a couple.
