OCEAN BLOCK, cute and nicely decorated condo is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, on the corner of Maryland Avenue and First Street. Park your car for the week and walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer. Offers 2BR,2 BA, one parking space plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit,2 TVs and Wifi. Its a great value too. Sorry, no pets permitted. Sorry no washer/dryer.
Guest pays $110 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Close to everything.

Perfect location! Two br and two baths, great full kitchen. Two queen beds tight in one room. Only issue is noisy AC units. Bit amazing ceiling fans help keep your cool. Space for bikes. Comfortable beds. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels.

MOLDY MILDEWY and DIRTY

I was so excited to take my little family of 4 to Rehobeth, close to the beach at this condo. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the smell of mold and mildew. I opened windows, ran the AC units on dry setting to no avail. It was so damp and moist in this house the sheets felt wet as we slept. I have to wash everything we brought home, clean and dirty because the smell followed us. The management company did not have a dehumidifier but had a fan that helped blow in air from outside but omg avoid this condo until they do some sort of abatement. Also, the couch is old and broken. Generally dirty like moldy shower curtain, our feet were black when we walked barefoot on the floor. It's also small- we 4 were very cramped. Will not be staying here again.

Perfect location

If you are looking for a nice spot close to the beach, this is it. Perfect location! It is so nice to be able to walk everywhere. It has everything you need in a small space. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

Just a block from the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth, but in a wonderful neighborhood. Living quarters are snug, but our family of 5 was comfortable and our purpose was to enjoy the beach and city, not spend all of our time in the rental. Everything was neat and clean, kitchen had very nice appliances and all the utensils necessary. Parking was very tight with our mid-sized SUV, I couldn't imagine a bigger vehicle than that. Overall we were very pleased with our stay in Rehoboth!

Excellent Items: - Clean and appointed as advertised - One block walk to boardwalk very convenient with little ones - 1 on site parking and 1 car pass provided with rental - 1/2 block to café and ice cream shops. Missing Items: - no outdoor shower to clean sand from little ones - no table for eating with family. Does have counter with 2 chairs and a small table with 2 chairs. - no kitchen storage for food outside of refrigerator. All totaled, we would rent this place again.

What a great little place

This place was everything we needed. It was cute, close to everything, had more beds than I expected, and was just generally a nice place to stay. I was even able to telework and host dinner! I can definitely recommend this place for people who want to go to Rehoboth with a few friends.

Walk to everything

This place is small but close to everything. If the weather is good and you dont plan on staying in much, its worth it! They provide plenty of whats needed is the kitchen as well. No room for any extras but they make good use of the space with two full bathrooms and a tub for the kids. Air conditioners in both bedrooms and main living space.

Great space in the perfect location

The condo was absolutely perfect. In just the most perfect location, close to the beach, main Ave and everything in rehoboth. It was very clean. Everything you need was there. And with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you can’t ask for anything better. We’ve stayed at other condos and usually one of the local hotels on the Ave, but with the rooms, space and the layout, this can’t be beat. And it’s a first floor condo so easy in and out. Love it. Will def stay back many more times.

Convenient location

This is a small property with a great location. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances all easy to use. Apartment ceiling is low so tall people (like us) felt a bit closed in. Property management at realty firm were pleasant to deal with.

Cozy and close to everything

We very much enjoyed staying here. It was small but had some luxuries that you do not get from a hotel such as a sofa and a breakfast bar. 2 bathrooms was also a plus. Great location. Easy to shop and drop off packages. Close to the beach and downtown. Will definitely stay again. It smelled a little musty but was otherwise awesome for us.

NIce place to stay

This was a recently updated 2 br 2 bath unit. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need. Good amount of storage in the bedrooms. Floors could have been swept better. Overall perfect for 2 couples or a smaller family.

Good for long weekend stay

This property is close to everything. We could walk to restaurants, shops the boardwalk and beach. The bed and bathrooms were fine. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only negative was lack of air flow in the unit. Even with the window unit ACs functioning our beach clothes and towels took a very long time to dry. Good thing we didn’t come to the beach to sit inside. So this place was good for a short stay.
