  • Enjoy the expansive water views from this 3 BD, 2BH furnished 1st floor condo overlooking the Indian River Bay. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room (sofa bed) & W/D. This condo has been updated last year, including wood floor, granite kitchen countertops and fresh paint. Launch your kayak , jet ski or boat at the water edge and enjoy a day on the water or relax at the Olympic size pool with a good book. Lots of open space for bikes with picnic area and playground or just for a simple walk to the Bay.
    Great location and short drive to Bethany beach, James Farm Ecological Preserve, Boardwalk, restaurants and stores.

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved our stay, place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location, it was private, quiet and peaceful. We would definitely come back.

Great property!

Great location, very clean property. All the things included to make your stay enjoyable. Proximity to the beach was fantastic and really enjoyed spending time at the pool as well.

Wonderful bayside retreat

We had a short stay in Philly and wanted a little beach getaway. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, location, and absolute peace and quiet this condo afforded. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful retreat in wonderful setting.

Great property, very tranquil with view of water and terrific pool. Minutes from the ocean and main street. Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Definitely will be visiting again!

The property was clean, bright and comfortable and the view from the living room and the porch was beautiful. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful! We would definitely rent this property again!

Great location

Clean comfortable unit with great location. Great space for family with plenty of room to spread out. Nice view and extremely quiet. Convenient location to anything you'd want. Would recommend to others.

Great home away from home

This place was great! The bedrooms were fantastic and allowed for 4 adults, 1 toddler, and one infant to fit comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The porch area is a great option for at any point during the day. The beach is a short drive away, but the sandy bay front area and pool are also great options! This is somewhere we would definitely stay again!

Little piece of heaven

What an amazing place, everything was absolutely stunningly beautiful and perfect. I was looking for a place that was quiet and relaxing but yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of a touristy vacation spot and what I found was a place I didn't want to leave. The house was perfect clean and a great location I can't wait to go back. The kids didn't want to leave the pool was perfect and we found our selves spending alot of our time right there between the pool and the Sandy Beach and saving stranded horseshoe crabs it was amazing!

Family time..

Even after a deluge of rain on Friday, we enjoyed our time together. Thankfully Saturday's weather was lovely and we were able to enjoy the peaceful property.

Newly renovated condo just a few miles from beach

Loved this condo. Full size kitchen and balcony with table that has a great view of the bay. Property has a beautiful Olympic-size pool. Condo has a king size bed with bathroom and a separate room with 2 sets of bunk beds and an additional full size bathroom. Located just a few minutes from the beach.

Delaware bay stay

The condo is located on one of the nicest pieces of land in the Indian River bay area. A fairly private setting with great bay views and an expansive plot of land with a large swimming pool. The condo itself was well maintained and clean. The floor plan is a bit odd as you enter into one of the bedrooms, and the living room is somewhat small given the 3 bedrooms. Nonetheless, it would be a comfortable fit for a family of 5 or so. One oddity was the lack of a television in the living room, probably because of the lack of space. All in all, a nice place that we would visit again.

Girlfriends weekend 2022

Loved quietness of location, porch, and pool. Beds in both bedrooms comfy! Couches not so much. And bunk beds not so good if you’re taller than 5 1/2!ft! Kitchen had everything you needed. Groceries food and beer/wine close by for purchase. Since it’s still COVID we ate meals (needs larger table to fit 6 adults) and went to grocery store bc the seafood was good and plentiful and way less expensive than local seafood market! Washer and dryer worked great. Bathrooms pretty roomy too. Overall would def stay again just hope couches r replaced with actual beds and larger table for family dinner! Thanks for hosting!

Very nice, except for the BEEPING

Love this place, love the community, laid back and peaceful. Well, peaceful until the fire stack pressure signal beeping started on the second day of a week 6 day stay. The fire stack is located outside the wall of the front bedroom, the beep could be heard every 3 seconds 24 hours a day. I would not say it is the owners fault, but they will have to do something to get that alarm or signal to stop beeping. Once you hear it, you cannot un-hear it. No one could sleep in the room on the third night. The condo seemed to be missing a few things that were there in the past years, seems like guests who stayed before our stay may have removed utensils, some patio furniture, and other small things that have been there in the past and we had relied on being there.
